Project EV Arvostelua 

Being new to this electronic age I have been questioning my decision to go EV! I was unsure about the app, how to connect the charger to WIFI and my App, basically everything. Speaking with Alex Sexton at Project EV tech Helpdesk today was suburb, his patience, understanding and the way he guided me through getting set up properly and even going to the trouble of making sure I was all connected whilst on the phone was going above and beyond. Brilliant Job all round, highly impressed

So having spoken to EV-IQ and being told the serial no. on my EV-IQ charger was not one of theirs and I had to speak to their supplier. I was feeling a bit stressed as I had to charge my new car for a long trip the next day. I called Project EV and found myself speaking to Luke Kilgallon.
Luke was very patient and easy to talk to and we did a series of tests, between the charger and my phone. He identified the problem as the charger being on the EV-IQ server and that he had to get it changed over to Project EV. We agreed a follow-up call and Luke called when he said he would. Within 10 minutes the charger was working and all was good.

Had an issue with my charger connecting. Alex sorted this very promptly. He told me what to do to get it connected and then sorted the settings his side to make sure it wouldnt happen again. Excellent service.

I was experiencing a problem with my EV charger. Alex was very friendly and professional. Problem was solved very efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall, very good customer service!

Technical person J Khan is the best person i ever spoke to this morning I called 3 times finally Mr khan ji sorted my problem I can recommend him is the best human being thank you so much, are the greatest person

We called Project EV and spoke to Luke due to an issue with our EV charger not connecting. Luke was very good and walked us through the entire process, very patient, friendly and professional throughout and resolved the issues despite several problems.

Excellent customer service from Jacque Khan. I've had a number of issues integrating my car with Octopus energy smart charging. Jacque reset everything for me and finally my car charger through the night on the smart charge.

Alex Sexton was really helpful and delivered excellent customer service. Having never used a car charger before he talked us through the whole process and ensured we were confident in using it. I couldn’t be more complimentary of the service he provided, and really friendly and polite too. I wish all companies delivered customer care as well. Thank you

Had a problem with the charger following a mains power outage. Could not get the system to respond so call Project EV and was put through to Jacque Khan in Technical Support who was brilliant. Took the time to talk me through what needed to be done, waited whilst I did it and then waited until I could check that the system was back online and the car was charging. Very, very, impressed.

Call was answered quickly and my issue with charging was soon dealt with. I would highly recommend Project EV.

Paul was professional, patient, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. He took the time to understand the issue, explain things clearly, and guide me towards a solution. His friendly attitude, knowledge, and willingness to help made a real difference and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

It is refreshing to receive such a high standard of customer service from someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Paul is a real credit to Project EV, and his professionalism reflects very positively on the company.

Excellent customer service, had my issue sorted within minutes and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work.

Once the phone was answered ( after around 30 minutes the experience was great.

Another good techie chat with Sam from Project EV. I seem to have randomly got him a few times now, and he's consistently understood and sorted me out with various chargers and situations. I am a tech guy for a local electrician, so I can have a decent chat with Sam. Not that the other tech support are bad, of course! It's nice to know that if I get stuck, I can phone up and get assistance.

My new home came with a project EV charger already installed, easy to set up no issues. That was almost 3 years ago. I now have an EV and it wouldn't connect via the app, tried all the trouble shooting pages disconnected re connected still couldn't get it to work! Called project EV whilst it did taje some time to get to speak to someone, I was put through to Alex. What a hero, give him a pay rise, every Friday off! What an absolute star, friendly, polite knowledgeable. Talked me through it, got me back on line in minutes! What an amazing brand ambassador for your business. Thank you.

We had to call 3 times to get our charger activated. It had been installed by the housebuilder 3 years earlier and not used. The people we spoke to were very helpful but once we waited 40 minutes on hold to get through to someone so gave up.

Alex was very helpful and hopefully the issue has now resolved

I found myself without charge and the charger app stopped working. Tried several guides online without success.
Luke Kilgallon couldn't be more helpful and polite.
Luke was very patient and led me step by step to re-set my charger. I am now able to charge at all times. It's massive help and really appreciated. Thank you Luke!!

I contacted Project EV and spoke with Alex regarding my issue. Alex was professional and polite throughout our discussion. Two options were provided on the call following on from discussions and submission of photos of my installation. Within the week, I have my new charger and installation is booked. Very happy with the service and Alex

I spoke to Jacque, and his customer service was outstanding. Easy to talk to and made the experience a lot better. He got everything sorted out and in good time so I wasn’t on the phone too long.
