Big thank you to Luke Kilgallon setting up the App to connect with my charger. Walked me through the process and ensured that everything was working from his end. Brilliant service, extremely helpful, Highly recommend

Jacque was amazing. After charging issues with my Skoda and Octopus Intelligent Go for the past month, Octopus finally admitted that they had no idea how to solve the issue and suggested that i call Project EV. Jacque solved the issue in literally 2 minutes on the phone and was an absolute delight to chat to as well. I have been feeling so stressed about this problem for weeks - and Jacques fabulous customer service cheered me right up immediately. I’m very grateful to him! Thank you! (Side note that Project EV really should consider updating some of their app software and user interface - which would mean that the issue wouldn’t have arisen in the first place!)

I've had my wall charger for 5 years, no issues. Just asked their help desk if there were any updates available to help charge my new MG. Alex Sexton replied to me quickly and helped with all the questions. Charger updated, cant wait to test it out.

Support from Jacque was absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t get my Apex 7 charger to work with Octopus Intelligent Go, despite trying many options Jacque took me through the set-up and make the changes necessary. Looking forward to keeping my new EV on the road. Fantastic

I spoke with a very nice young man ( Paul Kolawole) who was very easy to understand and was extremely patient with me as I was having difficulty with my EV app. He talked me through what I had to do and very kindly repeated it for me do I was clear in my understanding.

Alex was relaxed, and quietly and methodically, worked through my issues with getting logged in and up and running with charger links to my phone.
The fact that I was initially able to leave a message with a call-back promise I was taken a back a little with the timely response, and Alex’s persistency and most importantly his patience made my difficulties disappear.

I have had a real ordeal setting my EV charger up for the first time. The energy company has been useless but Samuel and Jack were extremely patient with me and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much guys :)

Really helpful with what had proved to be a stalemate issue with another provider (EM)
PEV Updated firmware and seems to have fixed the issue and provided further ideas to change things with my ISP if it persisted.

So glad i rang and got through to Luke Kilgallon. I have had the Project EV charger for circa 6 years now and had never set up the wireless connectivity and since thrown away all my setup documentation, barcodes and QR codes etc leaving me completely unable to use the mobile application. Luke was brilliant, took the time to go through the setup step by step and i now have a fully enabled charger and application giving me the ability to see usage, set preferred charging times and ultimately save me lots of money over the long term. The charger itself has been great, never had any issues with it and still looks the most stylish on the market in my opinion even though mine is an older model.

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated extremely well and was patient despite my poor phone signal. It is refreshing to receive such good technical support.

Luke homed in on the "not charging issue" straight away and amended a couple of Project EV app default settings remotely and got it working

I was setting up my EV charger for the first time so called for assistance, I spoke to Alex Sexton who was brilliant. He talked me through exactly what I needed to do and stayed on the call throughout to ensure that everything was sorted. He was helpful, polite and professional. He assisted me obtaining fobs, giving me the correct product code to ensure I purchased the correct item.
He simplified the whole process and ensured I was set up before ending the call.
