Can't even log onto the website with correct credentials, says account already exists! There must be a easier way to do this, surely. Very disappointing.

A Realistic Review on Bridget St., Studios
Honestly, the studio itself is quite nice and the spacious storage is great. The bathroom size was good as well when it was time to move in. It was evident the last tenant didn’t do a thorough clean-up before leaving and the state the studio was left in was quite appalling I'm talking about hair in drains to the point where I couldn’t take it out successfully and I had to ask maintenance to come and do it. The fact that I had to clean it up as a new tenant was off-putting also trying to repair certain things within your studio takes a while to be repaired it took two months before any repairs were done actually as a building as a whole things take too long to fix the the lift was constantly out of use and the washing machine was always moving quite weird and the automatic door for majority of my stay was no longer automatic or whenever an apartment’s fire alarm is going off you’re unable to enter the building or use the lift that’s quite annoying, especially if you live on the fourth floor if your phone dies you cannot enter your apartment as the key is on your phone and if you call to ask them to unlock the door you’ll be hit with a 60-pound charge especially university students. This seems like another money grab on top of the amount you’re paying all of the rooms ending in 11 are opposite any of the amenities such as the chill lounge gym and laundry room and due to the doors being quite thin you will always have some sort of noise or disturbance to the point where they had to put time restrictions on the chill lounge another alarming thing was that thefts were happening during my stay that was quite alarming and my friend who lives below me parcels were being opened as well that’s quite unusual in my opinion the area where the building is placed is near multiple mechanics so sometimes at night they’ll be random car alarms going off while you’re sleeping and during my time the bin strikes were going on. They handled it OK they switched companies so our bins will still be collected however the upkeep in front of the building is absolutely disgusting there’s always trash scattered in front of the building or inside the building. Someone left their bins in the study room for a while to the point where the study room stank, and therefore I was unable to use the area honestly staying here was a rollercoaster and for the amount I was paying I didn’t think it was that worth yes the rooms were lovely however the building and the upkeep of the building was quite lazy cute place to stay and spend university living however writing this review has me thinking was it really worth it.

Prices change and can get substantially lower in August - don't book in advance!

Heureusement, Lianna, la manager de Prestige Student Luxury – Paddington City View, a su prendre les choses en main avec professionnalisme, gentillesse et efficacité. Bien qu’elle n’ait pas été responsable du problème initial, elle a tout fait pour nous aider à récupérer la location prévue et à limiter les dégâts causés par Londonist. Grâce à elle, la situation a pu être redressée.

Un immense merci à Lianna pour son accueil, sa réactivité et son humanité. Sans elle, cette expérience aurait été bien pire !

The company is performing well in all aspects, the team was very effective and never got any challenges through my booking!

The safety and service has deteriorated a lot while costs continue to increase every year. Just not worth it anymore there are better places more friendlier and keener to help students

Spent an enjoyable moment at Flora. Great building with very kind people and good facilities.
But found prices a bit high for rooms and they need to improve their gym with more machines and weights.

I signed an agreement with the dormitory on October 28th. However, due to a personal problem with the manager, the manager unilaterally terminated my contract. And I had a very hard time in the middle of winter. They still haven't returned the deposit I paid on October 29th. I sent 100 emails. I have all the evidence. They are both canceling the contract and not returning your money. I should have thought very carefully before paying money here. I will have no choice but to sue. My student number: WES458153

The management here is a complete disaster. Fire alarms constantly go off, there was a full-day water outage with no proper communication, and now toilets aren’t even flushing properly. Basic necessities are being neglected, yet we’re still expected to pay full price for this terrible service.

At this point, residents deserve compensation and a formal apology from the landlord himself. They’re lucky we don’t take legal action for the ongoing negligence. I won’t be booking here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

These people have no empathy, and will gladly take advantage of a naive 19 year old girl with mental health issues for money. My daughter has no experience with renting, and these people knew it! Don't go with this company, they cannot be trusted. The state of her flat was disgusting, and no matter how many times my daughter complained, the issues were never resolved and she was constantly ignored. They are now completely spinning the story no matter the evidence my daughter gives, and continuing to ignore the main issues at hand. Please, for your own sake... Do NOT approach this company.

Great Service, very friendly and helpful staff. Booking was completed within practically 10 minutes, far more efficient booking directly than through an agency.

I dont like how the flat mates sometimes arent that clean and the flat smells extremely awful and the kitchen isnt that nice and hygienic, and theres this some weird sound that comes every night that is very weird and its annoying but i cant do anything to make it stop because its above my room. I really dont think this helpful although i need to either move out or change my flat.

HIGH Alert! Think twice before making any payment to them! This company takes forever to refund my deposit. I was told in the second week of Sep by the manager Cassie that the deposit will be refunded to me within 30 days. But now it is Nov 16, has been two months and they still have not processed my refund! I have seen numerous people posting online about not getting their refunds. Scam business!

They consistently refuse to refund deposits based on the number of one star reviews on this site. My sons girlfriend, who is from another country, foolishly paid a year’s rent upfront for her accommodation. When she decided that she didn’t want to live there anymore due to hostile reception staff, she moved to other accommodation. She has arranged another suitable person to take over her tenancy as stated in the rules, but all her emails and calls are being ignored.
It’s virtually impossible to get your money back once they have it. Now three months later, We will help her make a legal claim against the company. I believe this is the only way to get them to return the funds.

Staying at onyx I used prestige living who are also WeAreHomesForStudents to book for my accommodation and upon booking I used a cash back code for £500 and when it came to paying people I revived less than half. My emails were ignored and this Is poor especially as I’ve paid 350 extra to defer SFE payments to ensure I could stay here

I cancelled my booking with them during their cooldown period, and after months of back and forth emails and endless excuses, they still haven't refunded my £99 deposit. Worst of all, they refuse to give me a phone number to contact them directly on. Stay away from this company! Do not rent from them, especially if you value your money. Their parenting company is WeAreHomeForStudents, by the way, so make sure to flag both of them.

Accommodation availability is not kept up-to-date. Showing rooms they do not have available to rent out, their entire application portal is very janky and does not work well.
