Booked an appointment on Friday night to test drive on Saturday. Very quick response. Went out with Ivan, knew stuff about the car which is rare these days.

My experience at PCK turned around completely thanks to Samuel (Sims). He inherited a sale with several unresolved issues but was extremely patient and took the time to fully understand the situation. Together with his manager, Oisin, and the Bodyshop Manager, Liam, they quickly put a solid solution in place. They are currently working hard to ensure everything is sorted and the car is delivered in the best possible condition over the next couple of days. Excellent teamwork and customer recovery—I have total confidence they will deliver a flawless result!

I am writing this review as a warning to any family considering purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Cars Kent (PCK). What follows is not an exaggeration — it is a documented, evidence-backed account of a serious failure of duty that has caused serious stress, anxiety, physical health consequences, financial loss, and multiple incidents that put my family at genuine risk.
In January 2024 I purchased an Audi Q5 from Prestige Cars Kent. Twenty months later I have endured three complete breakdowns, nine service centre visits, two disrupted family holidays, and still no resolution — while the monthly payments continue.

**Sold a Vehicle With a Known Defect**

Audi published Technical Service Bulletin five months before my purchase, mandating a software update for this exact model and year to address a drive system fault. PCK's own written confirmation states the vehicle had not been to an Audi main dealer in nearly three years before sale. The update was never applied. This was not disclosed to me. Every breakdown that followed traces back to this single, documented failure at point of sale.

**A Pattern of Broken Promises**

When the fault first struck on 5 August 2024 — the morning of a family holiday — PCK eventually applied a software update and confirmed the issue was resolved. It was not. The fault returned in April 2026. Then again on 7 June 2026, each time my vehicle became completely undriveable leaving my wife and two young children stranded on multiple occasions. PCK's own April 2026 inspection recorded: *"No fault found."* The AA, attending the same vehicle on the same fault, recorded outstanding manufacturer campaigns requiring action.

As one example of poor service, on 29 July 2026, PCK's Customer Care Manager confirmed in writing that a loan vehicle would be available (weeks in advance). When my family arrived that morning to depart on a booked holiday, no vehicle was there. No explanation. No timeline. A second holiday disrupted by another promise PCK simply didn't keep.

**No Ownership. No Escalation. No Management Response.**

Throughout this process — nine workshop visits, three breakdowns, formal written rejection of the vehicle, and a complaint now before the Financial Ombudsman Service — there has been no acknowledgement from senior management. No call. No written apology. No meaningful attempt at resolution from anyone with authority to act. Frontline staff have been left to manage a situation that required a senior intervention months ago.

**Where This Stands**

The vehicle has now been at PCK's service centre for almost a month following the latest recurrence of another fault. Their most recent update? They cannot locate the issue. They have booked the vehicle into the main Audi dealership — in two months' time. In the meantime, PCK have suggested we take the vehicle back (a car that has broken down three times with a known fault which their own mechanics cannot currently diagnose) and hand back the courtesy car we have been relying on. They are asking us to drive our young family in a vehicle that is demonstrably not fit for purpose, while we continue paying £500 a month for the privilege.
I have formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and considering legal action.
Senior management: this is your opportunity to respond publicly and act. I will update this review accordingly.
