Prestige Cars Kent Arvostelua

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredibly smooth and professional service!
I just sold my car through this team and couldn’t be happier with how straightforward the process was. I was given an initial price over the phone, which was a great starting point.
Bill then came out to personally inspect the vehicle. He was polite, thorough, and highly professional throughout the inspection, making sure everything was fair and transparent.
Once the inspection was complete, Bailey processed the online payment quickly and efficiently. The money went through seamlessly, and all the paperwork was sorted out on the spot.
Selling a car can often be stressful, but Bill and Bailey made it completely hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient team to sell their vehicle to!

Joe kearns of prestige cars was a pleasure to deal with. Nice character, pleasant and not pushy. Provided honest information and was honest in his appraisal and dialogue.
Was apologetic for the car not being suitably cleaned on initial inspection but remedied the issue as soon as possible.

Sam was so lovely, he talked us through everything and answered all our questions (even if they were silly). He was super helpful and help us find the right car and the right deal for us!

Ivan did a good job showing us the car, talking us through the features and arranging a deal for us.
Not too pushy as far as car salesmen go. He also kept the car back a bit longer to iron out some of the scuffs so that we could walk away with a lovely, like-new, car.

Have dealt with Liam, who was professional and helpful all through my inquiry for a range rover. I am still in the final stages of getting the purchase sorted, but so far the service has been quite good.

Straightforward process, good car, no issues. Thanks to Ivan & Shah who led me through the process.

Jess and Liam were excellent thanks for the help!

We had a really positive experience dealing with Liam throughout the purchase of our car. He was very responsive and helpful with all our online enquiries, providing clear and detailed information every step of the way.

When we visited to see the car, Liam was just as professional, friendly and welcoming in person. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to help, with a genuine smile and a lovely attitude.

We really appreciate this kind of customer service , professional, attentive and friendly without ever feeling pressured. Thank you, Liam, for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

I recently purchased my new car and had the pleasure of dealing with James K, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.

From the very beginning, James K was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

James K went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and the experience I had with the dealership. James K is a real credit to the team, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Thank you, James K, for making the whole experience such a positive one. Excellent service from start to finish!

Sam was very helpful, made my experience very good, would recommend

I was with Sam today, very nice guy and very helpful. Car was washed and clean, happy with purchase now

Had a great experience here. Our saleschap Liam was very helpful, courteous and made the whole process very straightforward. He was also very understanding of my driving styie during the test drive as well! 😎 Lots of quality cars and overall recommended. Thanks!

service from sam P was great, friendly, approachable and informative. Will be back in the future.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

I went to view a car, agreed to buy it and was given a £19,000 part-exchange value for mine, which had been fully serviced the week before. They saw all the paperwork.

I transferred £16,429, paid £352 road tax and insured the new car. After a considerable wait, I was sitting next to the freshly valeted car expecting to drive it away when I was suddenly told they had found alleged fault codes on my part-exchange and wanted to reduce the agreed value by around £4,000.

I refused to accept such a significant last-minute change and walked away from the purchase.

What made matters worse was the salesman’s attitude. He had been extremely friendly while taking my money, but once the deal fell apart I was accused of being dishonest about my car. I found that insulting and completely unacceptable.

They still had more than £16,000 of my money and told me it would be refunded by Tuesday. It wasn’t. I am also still waiting for the £352 road tax refund, which can apparently take up to six weeks.

If there was an issue significant enough to reduce my car’s value by £4,000, it should have been dealt with before taking my money and allowing me to tax and insure the new car.

A deeply unpleasant experience. I would not use Prestige Cars Kent again.

James K was great, very knowledgable and easy going making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly Recommend.
