Avoid this company at all cost...they will frustrate you with their incompetency. The technicians are inexperienced and their customer service, aftersales provide extremely bad service. I will not recommend at all to anyone who really want to buy a car and enjoy the car. We bought a car from this company over 2 years now and started developing problems from day one. it has been in and out of their workshop, we paid for extended warranty which supposed to come with courtesy car but they claimed you get courtesy car after one month which never happened.
I requested the alloy wheel repaired instead they painted with another colour entirely.
Very bad customer service and inexperienced technician.
Avoid at all cost... better car dealers out there that you can use. Stay away from this people.
They are not covered by motor Ombudsman as well, so don't be deceived.

On arriving without having made an appointment the receptionist went out of her way to make it possible for us to be seen. Then on meeting Joe we couldn’t have had a better experience he was very welcoming and went over and beyond to cater to all of our needs with our car selection.

Joe was very attentive towards us and went out of his way to accommodate us whilst we were visiting the Prestige cars showroom.

My circumstances aren’t great, my car got written off and Prestige has been helpful. Joe and Ivan looked after me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Whilst being unable to agree a deal the care and consideration provided by Joe Kearns latterly, and Connor initially, was excellent.

I must say, Joe Kearns was very helpful when it come to fixing my cars air con issues. He was extremely attentive, understanding and helpful which was quite a troubling ordeal.

He went above and beyond to make sure that it was seen too, and for that I am very grateful.

Appalling service, viewed the car on the Sunday, was told it couldn't go out yet as the wheels needed refurb (each wheel looked corroded and scuffed), I said that was fine they said Tuesday collection as they will do all the prep Monday, and it'll be ready to go the next day whenever. I asked if I could collect Wednesday evening, 7pm, so that's a whole extra day. They said that would be acceptable and even double checked it hd gone through prep. I paid the full amount in cash as soon as this was confirmed, drove down there after work (1.5 hours away) and saw the car at the front, with the alloys in just as bad shape as the Sunday before, and so many stone chips on the bonnet! I complained again and again, and then their call centre manager who was covering the night shift decided to try and make a deal with me, all the while being extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. He had an answer back for everything (even ones that made no sense) and was unhelpful. I came up with the idea of leaving without the car that night, and them repairing and delivering the next day. I said there was no other option other than this or a refund. They agreed to this, it is signed and in writing in the handover book they gave me. I chased them 5 or 6 times the next day, they told me it couldn't be delivered, if I wanted the car I had to drive there and get it. Lots and lots of back and forth I was very upset as I was spending £32.5k with them! Then I finally got it home, tyre pressure comes up - left rear is 22 psi and right rear is 44!!!! What kind of prep are they doing? So disappointed as heard good things, seems they're just greedy and lazy. It also makes me laugh reading about the reservation fee being a holding deposit, because I was just told this was a holding deposit for a viewing, and i fI actually wanted to secure the vehicle, I had to pay £500! lol
