Great experience with Lauren at Prestige Cars. There were a few issues, but she handled them quickly and efficiently. They do what they say they will, which is refreshing and rare for a car company. Really appreciated the honest, reliable service.

I recently bought a car from Lauren, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, she made the whole experience feel easy, relaxed, and genuinely exciting. She was so helpful, answering all my questions without ever making me feel pressured, and you can tell she really cares about her customers.

The car itself is absolutely perfect & genuinely the car of my dreams. It’s exactly as described (if not better!). You can tell it’s been well looked after.

I’d 100% recommend buying from Lauren to anyone. She’s friendly, trustworthy, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel really enjoyable. Thank you again, I’m over the moon with my new car!

I purchased my car early January 2026. Then collected it around 14th January. The car had a drive train fault on collection which I was told would be rectified to a garage local to me, due to how far I live from the garage, this still has not been resolved (23rd March.) There was also nearly 8000 miles on the car additionally to advertised which has still not been answered despite numerous emails and messages. The offer was to collect the car with no courtesy car available for when it was being repaired but I need a car for work purposes. This has been a very bad experience despite paying the full amount for the car prior to collection as believed it was a reputable company.

Do not use prestige cars of Essex!

Total con artists who just don’t care once they have your money.
In short, because there is a character limitation on these reviews, I first contacted Prestiege in Feb/March 2025, to source a car for me, I was given Lauren as my “senior sales executive” after a few weeks, Lauren had sourced a car for me within budget, my dad inspected it before it was due to be delivered to me in Glasgow and he was assured that the few issues there were with it upon him looking at it, would be fixed before delivery a few days later. These things were not fixed, and infact there were further issues. It was delivered with a large number of cosmetic issues, such as trim hanging off, scratches, poor paint repairs and buttons stuck on the center control panel, which when I contacted them with pictures they came back a few weeks later and basically said that as I signed for it, even though I told the delivery driver I wasn’t happy with a few things, and he told me to just send pictures, they weren’t going to be fixing it. But they would fix investigate the electrical issue I had also raised, I was then without the car for 3 weeks.
Fast forward 4 months, after getting having the finance company organise an independent inspection of my vehicle, they were going to drive it back down to Essex - from Glasgow - and repair the issues, as they were deemed to not be fair wear & tear and it had been sold to me in a poor condition. I was then without the car for a further 7 weeks.
Upon re delivery after the issues were supposed to be fixed, they were not. The car came back with further cosmetic damage, poorly done paint work and things that were meant to be fixed not. The car arrived, was inspected by myself, my husband, my dad (who was visiting) and then sent back the same night after being assured again, by Lauren, it would be fixed and my dad could inspect it again before it was re delivered. Upon his inspection a week later, there were still issues, when he stated this to Lauren she became aggressive and raised her voice (I was on the other end of the phone to my dad) saying that I was never going to be happy and just wanted a brand new car and not pay the money for it - which was simply not the case. All I wanted was a car that was of a reasonable condition for its age, as stated by the independent inspection. Anyway, I initially was going to reject the vehicle at this point, however I spoke to my finance company who said that I wouldn’t be able to get any money back for the time without the car, which at this point was thousands of pounds wasted, so I decided to keep it, and get any remaining issues fixed myself.
Overall I was as without my car for over 3 months in total. I have issues with my mobility and I am registered disabled, I also have a young child and I rely on my car, Lauren was made aware of this. The whole process has caused me a massive amount of stress and upset, I’ve polite and accommodating throughout and have been totally taken advantage of for it.
To add insult, I have since had another issue come up with the headlights that are going to cost me over £2000 to fix.
This company DO NOT care about you once they have your money, they’re too busy making a mess and selling other cars full of issues to be fixing ones they already have the money for.
Please, save yourself the time, the stress and the money, and do not buy from these guys!!

Concerns Regarding Recent Car Purchase Experience
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding our recent experience with your dealership while purchasing a vehicle.
My husband and I have purchased cars from long distances in the past without any issues; however, our recent encounter with your garage has been significantly different, leaving us deeply frustrated and disappointed. Since placing our deposit in November, our experience has been riddled with challenges and unprofessionalism.

Here are the main concerns we wish to address:
- Customer Service: Each time we reached out regarding problems with the car, we were met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to assist us. This has made our experience incredibly uncomfortable.

- Vehicle Condition: The car we purchased had water ingress issues. When we first reported this, we were misled to believe it was simply water entering during the valeting process. Trusting your garage, we drove off, only to discover that the water posed a significant hazard, particularly given its proximity to the electrical systems and battery.

- Repair Process: We returned the car for repairs, with assistance from the finance company, and it remained with the dealer for almost three weeks. Unfortunately, the repair work has not been completed properly, adding to our concerns.

- Ongoing Communication Issues: Despite the unresolved issues, conversations with your team have continued to be unhelpful, and my husband was met with further disrespect during a recent phone call.

Given these circumstances, we feel strongly that the level of service we have received does not reflect the standards that we anticipated when choosing your dealership.

Took delivery of a car on the 10th very friendly ,bebe an asset to the company lovely young lady very helpful in southampton found a car sorted same day a short delay part exchanged my car no problems .
Came back couple of days later and was given a service to the car complimentary thank you very happy with service all staff from office to garage staff lovely and helpful

Excellent communication and service Charlie and Elliot. The process was made absolutely stress free.

Car purchase went very smoothly. Car was exactly as advertised and no problems to report after several weeks of ownership. A big thanks to Charlie in Sales and Elliot for the super smooth experience.

Prestige cars have been amazing and I would very highly recommend them. I have bought two cars from them now, as I was so pleased when I bought my first one. Charlie and Elliot were so helpful in finding me the right cars and they made the process so smooth and easy. Communication was really good and any questions or issues were answered/sorted quickly.
