Absolutely brilliant service from Prestige Cars. Charlie was fantastic throughout the entire process from sourcing the car to offering reassurance and guidance along the way. Always happy and quick to respond to any questions. Elliot was also brilliant on handover, managed to get the CLA ready on a quick turnaround and arranged a smooth and straightforward pick up. Both lads offered great service throughout and still following the purchase were both happy to answer any questions. Would certainly recommend and will be getting any future cars from these guys. First class!

Good communication from start to finish. Clear instruction and help with finance arrangements. Car was exactly as described. In fact a little better as mileage was advertised a little higher than it actually was. Only down side was the delivery charge. Obviously not Prestige fault as I live so far away, but £450 was a big chuck to pull out as extra payment. All in all good to deal with tho.

I purchased a car 2 weeks ago. They said, "Let us know when you're coming to pick it up so we can do a thorough check before you pick it up!" The checks weren’t done because the back door doesn't open with the central locking, and the wing mirrors don’t fold in, which I’ve told them about when I test-drove the vehicle, but nothing was done!

Placed a deposit on a car, went through the whole process and they decide to sell it to someone else. A waste of time, tried upselling a more expensive car, very fishy smell in the air. Don't trust they even have any cars. Will be reporting.

WOW WOW WOW. I’ve never known a car dealer like Al prestige’s cars in Southampton. Bought a Lexus yesterday and part exchanged my old car. Every step of the process from A-Z was made as easy as comfortable to understand, staff were absolutely spot on from the office all the way to the in-house garage mechanics, going above and beyond their duty to make sure you got exactly what you came for. I’ve even been offered a complimentary engine service while I was waiting to collect my new car. Be-Be and her colleague were unbelievable, very professional and accommodating. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family back in London. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a car from this dealer that was advertised as having a full service history. After buying the vehicle and checking the paperwork properly, I discovered there is no service history provided at all.
When I raised this with the dealer, I was told that I should follow up and search for the service history myself. I do not believe this is fair or acceptable. If a vehicle is advertised with full service history, that documentation should be available and provided by the seller at the point of sale.
This has been very disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress and concern about the vehicle’s maintenance background. I would advise others to double-check all documentation before purchasing

Where to start with them ?

They had no V5 when I arrived to collect the car and they said I could drive around to the post office to apply for a V5 and tax the car..
there was only one key supplied at point of sale, none of this was mentioned on the phone with them, i’d travelled down from Glasgow to collect the car or I’d of probably walked away at that point.

Driving up the road and about 2 miles into the journey an MMI and SOS Button fault popped up onto the screen and the infotainment kept restarting every few seconds and every few minutes.
Contacted them to say about this they claimed to have no knowledge of this fault in the car and agreed to have a it sorted under their warranty, okay fair play..
inside the car was paperwork clearly showing that there was a problem with the sos button and MMI..

Looking over my finance agreement the car I bought apparently had 54800 miles on it upon purchase, then their paperwork says 55000 miles was on the vehicle at purchase, both of these figures were on the dot, I have a picture at 1026 ( I collected the car at 1000 ) showing the car was on 55297.. I must’ve been doing some speed to rack up that many miles in less than 26 minutes, keep in mine I was at a post office as well to tax the car..

Now 4 months after purchasing the car the gear box is away.. contacted them they’ve said oh your 3 months warranty is finished, inside the car shows a 6 month warranty..
The person I was dealing with is asking me to walk to my broken down car and send her a picture of the paperwork they supplied.

I told them that I have complained to the finance company.
The person I was dealing with then proceeds to ask me who my finance company is, is it such a poorly run company that they don’t even know who supplies their finance ? She knew that i apparently had a 3 month warranty but not who supplies my finance?

The was no parcel shelf supplied with the car and a trim piece missing in the boot.

For a company that call themselves PrestigeCars they’re an absolute joke and I wish I never bought a vehicle from them in the first place.

Prestige cars has clearly been the most easiest car buying experience I have had! I saw a car I liked it I had it within a week! Lauren was nothing but helpful and quick to respond no matter the day or time! Delivery was efficient and the flowers was the cherry on the cake! Thanks team! I will absolutely be coming back

I was looking for a Mercedes CLA, Ellie was amazing through out, was really clear and got me exactly what I wanted, the whole process was very smooth, would defo recommend her to anyone looking for a new car!

After the stress of selling my car and not having one, Ellie quickly put me at ease keeping me updated with cars daily. Dan was great, added all the extras to my car for a small fee and drove the car 6.5 hours to drop it off to me great service.

Charlie Rang and confirmed a number within 15 minutes. Arranged collection of the car for 4 days later(when it suited me). Kept informed in the meantime and gave an eta for collection. Driver was very pleasant to talk to: Checked the car over, transferred money, he changed ownership and sent proof and they were on their way. Very easy to deal with.

I was searching for a Mercedes EQC for some time. I found one at Prestige Cars and from the start Dan took control and helped with getting all the details sorted. He was professional, organized and arranged everything as expected. It has been a great buying experience, as a consumer you want trust and a company that says what they do. Don’t bother!! Take weeks to respond. Rude when someone eventually does answer. Don’t help when you’re asking questions, you’ll ask a question you’ve not previously asked and receive responses like ‘I’ve already told you, stated in voice note above’ when nothing was stated at all and you wouldn’t have to keep asking questions if they helped in the first place.
