Charlie and Elliott. I was interested in an Audi Etron GT from Prestige Cars. I initially dealt with Charlie who was incredible. As soon as I showed interest in the car, I had a message from Charlie who answered all of my questions and helped me through the process. Easiest car buying process I have ever had.

Charlie is a friendly, true professional and made this the smoothest buy of a car ive ever had.

Once I had purchased the car (on PCP), I was handed over to another gentleman named Elliott. He got the car ready for me very quickly as requested and guided me through the collection and aftercare process.

I have had a couple of minor issues with the car, they have booked me in straight away to get those issues sorted at their cost.

Places like Prestige Cars Essex are hard to find, and I can see myself being a very loyal customer of theirs for many years to come.

Elliott and Charlie, thank you. Your hard work, integrity and professionalism has been a pleasure to deal with.

Recently had the pleasure of selling my car to Prestige and dealt with Elliot. The communication was superb with fast responses and he was happy to work around my timings.
Came for a test drive, was happy that the car was exactly as described, money changed hands and he transferred the V5C online before he left so it was a totally seamless process.
Very happy and would buy or sell again with confidence if the opportunity arises.

Connor a typical money hungry salesman in your Essex branch completely wasted my time. The car had been up a matter of 24 hours, I had been responding and asking questions and was ready to put down a deposit for the car, only for him to sell the car to someone else. Whilst I appreciate the game, he should have highlighted that there were others interested so I could reserve it. Incompetence at its finest and doesn’t care about the customer, just filling his pockets. I’d rather go somewhere that cares about its customers.

So 14 months after getting what I thought was my dream car turns out to be anything but. Ive been so patient but feel this is the next steps now after reading some similar reviews. Brought my gle in july 25. As soon as I had driven it about 5 miles some warnings came up on the dash. I pulled over and called lauren who told me to take it to a garage where I live and send them the bill. On driving it home and over the next few days more warnings came on. They promised they would all be sorted but ignored me for a few weeks and I wish I had sent it back then. It took them over 6 months to start sorting any of the problems. Finally when I was getting somewhere I was hopeful that I could put it all to bed and enjoy the car. 14 months on i am still waiting for some of these problems to be sorted. So far it has had 2 new cameras, both calibrated. Electrical diagnostics, 2 further diagnostics, new battery and still the warning signs are coming up and since beginning of feb the engine warning light is on and goes into limp mode which means I dont have power and not safe to drive if joining a main road. The list is endless. Upon inspection of the car at home I found there was numerous dull patches in the car. A dent on the rear wheel arch and many scratches that had been covered up by their valet which again they would take no responsibility for as I had seen it and was happy with it.... yes I was happy as you had covered it all up! This ain't a few grand spent on a car that you expect some problems with!
14 months on lauren is ignoring every message I send her directly. All emails are ignored. I called up and spoke to a girl on the office and told her my next steps would be to take this to all social media platforms and she said she wouldn't listen to my abuse..... how is that abuse?! Still needs new radar sensors and the alarm fixing which both faults came up on the day i drove it home last july! Shocking! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was advised to put a £250 reservation down.
I couldn't get finance through any lender because they are 'BANNED' on most lenders lists. And refuse to work with this garage for a reason.
I was told the deposit was non refundable when trying to get this back. This isnt because I changed my mind , It's because of finance. I did not sign anything to agree to this as they were aware i was trying to sort things first.

I have messaged to get my deposit back and resolve this issue and received no response and have no other option but to take this further.

Poor poor company.

Anyone that reads this trust me this company only cares about there commission. After they have your money, they just get the next customer in and you are forgotten about.
I have been told lie after lie after lie by this company and if anyone is looking to buy a car from these people I would definitely go elsewhere. I wish I never chose them in the first place.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before buying a car from this company or using their services.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. I had to wait around 4 months just to receive a response regarding an issue with my car, which I found completely unacceptable. When my car was later taken to them to be looked at/repaired, it was returned with damage to the front splitter, which was hanging off and had been scratched while the vehicle was in their possession or being transported on their behalf.

I contacted the company to raise the issue and gave them more than enough time to respond, but I have still been left chasing them for answers. Despite repeatedly trying to resolve the matter directly, I have not received the level of communication or customer service I would expect from a professional car company.

I was speaking to Bradley and he said he will sort out everything himself and he will be better with communication I got the car back about 4 weeks ago and still not received a message to pay for the damage they have caused to my vehicle

But even calling the office and texting the office they just open my texts and ignore them

Ive given them enough time and it’s getting to the date I said and I am having to take legal action to recover the cost of the damage and for the way as a professional business they have treated me I have proof of everything if anyone wants to see

I am leaving this review to warn potential customers about my experience. I would personally think very carefully before using this company, as my experience has been extremely disappointing from both a customer service and vehicle-handling perspective.

Absolutely shocking experience. This has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

From my experience, the vehicle developed serious faults shortly after purchase, and it left me questioning whether the fault codes had been cleared before the sale because the problems appeared almost immediately. I was then left facing a huge repair bill for issues I don’t believe should have existed in the first place.

What made matters even worse was the complete lack of after-sales support. Getting hold of anyone was incredibly difficult, and when I finally did, I felt they had no interest in helping or taking responsibility. Instead, I was left to deal with the problems and the costs myself.

Once they’ve got your money, don’t expect them to stand behind what they’ve sold. I felt ignored, dismissed, and completely let down. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from Prestige Cars, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering it to have an independent inspection carried out before handing over any money.

Car collected at a time that suited , a quick check over and the car was gone . Good price, good communication and really easy to deal with . Thanks Charlie and Mikey top service .

Lauren was brilliant to deal with, responsive even when she was on her day off! Car was delivered quickly for a very reasonable fee, and the car itself is in excellent condition! Absolutely love the vehicle! Prestige & Lauren have been a pleasure to deal with :)

Contacted Lauren on the Wednesday afternoon. She was absolutely amazing and was even still in contact at 9:30 on the evening trying to sort everything out. Put the deposit down and all went through smoothly and car arrived in south wales Monday on time. Never have I bought a car with such ease. Nothing was to much trouble. Hope I don’t need a new car anytime soon but if I do I would choose prestige cars again. Thanks for all your help and we absolutely love our new Audi Q5

Dealt with Lauren in sourcing my Mercedes, the whole experience was simple and easy with trading in my car and picking up this one from Prestige.

She kept me informed throughout, communicated out of hours in getting the deal across the line and was just helpful throughout the whole process, I genuinely could not recommend her and the company enough.

Upon picking up the vehicle, I was welcomed and guided through the process in about 20 minutes.
