I honestly cannot thank Elliott enough for the service he provided when helping us purchase our daughter’s first ever car.

From the very beginning, Elliott went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle she wanted was not only the right car for her, but that every little detail was taken care of before it was delivered to us. He identified and dealt with the small things that needed rectifying when the car arrived with him, and he made sure everything was absolutely right before handing it over.

What really stood out to me, though, was what happened afterwards. On the one occasion when we had a small issue with the car, Elliott drove around 40 minutes to our house himself. He dealt with the problem, took the car away to make sure everything was properly sorted and then personally made sure it was returned to us in perfect condition. That level of customer care is something you simply don’t see very often these days.

I’m a businessman myself and, as a result, I tend to notice very quickly whether someone is genuine, whether they actually care about what they are doing and whether they are simply interested in making a sale. Elliott was none of those stereotypical pushy car salesmen. He was polite, respectful, extremely helpful and, most importantly, completely genuine throughout the whole process.

There was never any pressure or sense that he was simply trying to sell us a car because it was the deal that suited him best. He listened to what we wanted, understood that this was particularly important because it was our daughter’s first car, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy with our purchase.

Having dealt with other people in the motor trade, I can honestly say that Elliott’s standard of customer service and customer care is in a different league. Too often you get the impression that some salespeople are only interested in a vehicle if it generates the commission they want. Elliott gave us the complete opposite experience.

He is a thoroughly decent, honest and genuine person who clearly takes pride in looking after his customer and that continued well beyond the point of sale.

We absolutely cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us and, without hesitation, I would recommend Elliott to anyone looking for a car and, more importantly, looking for the level of service that many other garages simply don’t provide.

From our experience, we will definitely be using Elliott and Prestige Cars again in the future.

I had a brilliant experience from sales right through to delivery. Charlie dealt with the vehicle sourcing for me, I had a specific mileage limit and price bracket I was looking for and after a few attempts we got what I required.
I was then handed over to Elliot who kept me updated with videos after the valet, and was kind enough to deliver the Tesla Model Y all the way to South Wales.
Both of these guys are an asset to Prestige, I had great communication all the way through and it gave me full confidence that I would be happy.
