Very smooth and easy process, Lauren who I dealt with was brilliant and answered any questions I had regarding the car. I had the car within a few days from seeing it online, I would highly recommend.

I’m really happy with my experience with Prestige Cars. The delivery took a little longer than I originally expected, but now that I have the car, I completely understand why. You can tell they took the time to properly prepare and look after it before handing it over.

The car arrived looking fantastic, extremely clean, and even smelled amazing inside. I’m genuinely very happy with it and with the overall experience.

There were some issues with the original car I purchased but Daniel went above and beyond to make sure the transition from that car to my new one was as smooth as possible and that I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way.

Cars can be unpredictable and I certainly don’t take that personally. Customer service however, is personal — and Daniel consistently went above and beyond. He was always ready to answer my questions even outside of working hours and reassured me that he was working hard to get everything resolved... he absolutely did just that!

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Prestige Cars to think very carefully before proceeding.

What should have been a straightforward car purchase turned into a 4-week ordeal, leaving me without a car and having to pay for a rental vehicle throughout.

I signed all of my finance documents, paid a deposit, and arranged for my existing vehicle to be collected by the finance company because I had been told the new vehicle would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, this is where the problems started.

I was initially told that the vehicle was with a third-party garage and that a battery check needed to be carried out. I was then told Prestige Cars had been chasing the garage for nearly a week, but nothing was resolved.

I was subsequently offered another vehicle as an alternative. However, I later discovered that Prestige Cars didn't actually own this vehicle and hadn't yet purchased it. I was advised that they had attempted to purchase it at auction but ultimately didn't, because it went for more money than they felt they could make on it. This was extremely frustrating, particularly as I had been led to believe this was a genuine alternative vehicle available to me.

I was then told we were back to the original vehicle and that it had been identified as having a valve problem, which was apparently being worked on for over a week.

Last week, I was finally told that the vehicle had been collected from the garage and would be delivered to me on Saturday morning. Then, at lunchtime on Friday — less than 24 hours before the promised delivery — I was told the vehicle would not be delivered because it had developed an engine management light.

At that point, Prestige Cars told me they would refund my deposit and that there was nothing further they could do.

The whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. I had been without a vehicle for four weeks because I had arranged for my old car to be collected based on the agreement and paperwork for the new vehicle. As a result, I've had to spend a significant amount of money renting a car simply to get to work while waiting for the car to be delivered.

It also took nearly a week to receive my deposit back, despite having to chase for it every day.

Another major concern for me is that, based on my experience, it appears the vehicles being advertised are not actually owned by Prestige Cars when they are being offered for sale. I was also left with the impression that vehicles may not be properly inspected before being purchased, given the repeated mechanical issues that came to light after the vehicle had supposedly been secured.

Communication was also far from what I would expect from a professional car dealership, with all of the communication taking place through WhatsApp messages and voice notes and the one colleague that could only deal with my purchase was always on A/L.

Overall, this experience has cost me money, caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and completely destroyed my confidence in the company.

There is honestly nothing “Prestige” about this experience.

I would never deal with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. In my personal experience, the whole process was stressful, unreliable and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a vehicle to consider a genuine, established garage where you can be confident that the vehicle is actually owned, inspected and ready to be sold.

A car purchase is a significant financial commitment. Customers shouldn't have to spend four weeks chasing updates, arranging alternative transport and dealing with repeated changes to what they have been promised.

Sold the car via motorway, prestige were excellent, arranged collection through Bridie Dunn transport who was very professional and knowledgeable, Charlie completed the financial transaction, couldn’t have been easier, well done !

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a car in December 2025 and within just four weeks received a Service B notification, indicating the vehicle was due a major service that should have been completed or disclosed before sale. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response or support from the dealership. For such a significant purchase, I expected better vehicle preparation and much better customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I’ve just bought a Toyota Aygo and I’m absolutely delighted with my car! It looks brand new, and the whole transaction went so smoothly from start to finish.

As I live down south, having the car delivered was a fantastic service and made everything so easy and convenient.

I’m so pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and excellent service!

⚠️ Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.
I purchased a car from this seller almost three years ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that the vehicle had two previous owners. I have this information in writing from the seller.
I have since discovered that the car actually had four previous owners, which is extremely concerning given what I was told when I purchased the vehicle.
I have also since discovered that I paid well above the vehicle’s market value, which makes the situation even more disappointing.
What has made the experience even worse is that, rather than being contacted to discuss or resolve my complaint, I was subsequently blocked by the seller. Blocking a customer who is raising a legitimate complaint instead of addressing their concerns is extremely unprofessional.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this seller carry out thorough independent checks on the vehicle’s ownership history and market value before committing to a purchase.
I hope the seller will now take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate resolution

We had a really positive experience with Prestige Cars. Unfortunately the car we were buying was caught up in a product recall so Prestige chased and made sure we got the car when we needed it.

Really helpful and communicative. And we love what they've done with the car - nice stealthy look without being too showy.

Do not buy a car from this man. Bought an Audi A1 and nothing but grief with it from I got it home. Admitted his mechanic hadn’t done an acceptable job on the car before it left him but kept trying to push the warranty on me despite the fact the car shouldn’t have been sold in the condition. Absolute cowboy who also seems to change his business name frequently.

Awful After Care
All started very well, couldn't be more helpful. However they informed us that the car we bought had been taxed and was ready to drive (it wasn't), they then didn't bother to send the log book off to change ownership which has caused no end of issues. The car also came with just 1 key which they didn't tell us and then just said that's how it is when we questioned this, would they have said the same if it was delivered with just 3 wheels? The parcel shelf was broken, again this was not told to us when we bought the car, they said they would get back to us regarding this and months later still nothing. Can't speak to a manger or owner when we complain, Connor is trying to help but like he said it's not his priority as we weren't his customer!! Have since asked several times for name of manager but I’m now getting ignored, classy company.
