Buna ziua,

Am închiriat de la dumneavoastră anul trecut o mașina și am fost foarte mulțumit de serviciile voastre și de servirea de către domnul Mugur Foca in special pentru explicarea și îndrumarea a alege pachetul potrivit.

Recomand cu încredere!

Not a trustworthy company.
I Will not chose their services again

Ordered a Skoda Octavia was given a Skoda rapid.
Told same size when challenged however rapid boot space 460L octavia boot space 600L this says it all.
Then let’s move on to the price the rapid was almost 100 euros cheaper then the Octavia this which has not been refunded.
Emailed to try and give them chance to put right with no reply or acknowledgement.

And finally when booking car reserved car seat was offered two options which were no good and dirty forcing me to buy a chair for two weeks.

Update had an email Thursday 19th august 2021 stating they are looking into my complaint and will get back to me ASAP, so far no further communication.

Good experience, all easy and fast to check and choose the best service for yourself.

Personalul de la Bucuresti vorbeste urat se poarta foarte urat
A trebuit sa merg pe jos cu o fetita de 3 ani prin soare la 38 de grade 2 km
Ca nu o vrut sa vina sa ridice masina si cotra cost
Pe perioada pandemiei au stat masinile cu lunile la mine atunci o fost bine .

We could not pay online for our rent because of a glitch during the booking phase, and wrote a message asking what to do. The quick reply confirmed we would nonetheless pay the "special" online price upon arrival to the airport. This is not the first time we reserve a car with Premium Rent, and always received great service.

Don't even try to try using Premium Rent service,No way.My experience is a long story,I just want to say they gave me a rubbish,dirty car...I just refused to drive it on a Sunday afternoon..forced to find another company to rent a car..........👎👎👎👎👎👎

I booked and payed in advance for a car with automatic gear, however, only when i was at the pick up time, they told me that they only have cars with manual gear. Very unprofessional, as they could have called before.

Rezervare rapida și usoara online. Masina in stare buna si totul a decurs fara nici o problema. Preturile sunt la media pieței, oferă si varianta de full casco pe care eu unul o apreciez enorm.
