The staff is very polite and friendly.
Alex was very efficient and quick at the return.
We always take the full coverage insurance up ahead so there were no issues of unexpected charges or problems with returning the car at the end.

Foarte dezamăgit de ultima experiență Premium Rent Cluj-Napoca ! Contract de închiriere auto reziliat la ora 03h00LT de către un angajat Premium Rent doar pentru ca am îndrăznit sa cer o copie a documentației de închiriere. Pentru a se asigura ca plec fără mașină, d-l angajat à facut apel la o echipă de intervenție rapidă si a recurs la amenințări cu poliția! Nu recomand Premium rent !

abbastanza celeri nel registrare i documenti.
Dovrebbero provvedere ad avere un database dei clienti soliti in maniera da non far perdere troppo tempo al banco.
Nota dolente il tempo che si aspetta in aeroporto per la navetta

Hemos alquilado un cotxe por fiestas, i todo a ido muy bien. Ninguna sorpresa ni coste aditional. Lo que emos pactado es lo que hemos recibido. Recomiendo. Ademas los chicos muy simpaticos.

I payed in advance for a Skoda Rapid, but I received a Dacia Logan without letting me know first.
They had more cars for upgrade, but could bot change the reservation in the system.

I asked for a refund, that was not received until i called them again.

As it turned out, this is the same company as Caroutis and NÜ car rental. At first, I tensed after reading reviews on the internet. But everything turned out to be great. We were met in a car, taken to the office, everything was quickly issued. The office is new and clean. Great guys, they even treated us to a țuică)) Their insurance costs the same as that of brokers, half the price of Class Wagon. They gave a wi-fi router, as ordered. The car was given the latest model of the Skoda Octavia, 2019. Among the shortcomings - a little noisy car, the cigarette lighter socket did not work, but we discovered this when we were already far away. We were taken back to the airport. In general - promptly, inexpensively, efficiently. Recommend!
