Love the virtual classes
I’ve just started doing online virtual classes, after having a few years break due to moving away. I’ve learning old and new moves with Lisa and starting to put routines together again. The instructors are really easy going and friendly, but also push you to make the most of every session! Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent intro to pole dancing
I've just completed stage 1 of pole dancing and absolutley loved it! Great teaching skills from Jo and it's really good for fitness. Roll on stage 2! :)

For the past 6 weeks I have learned so much and the classes are exciting, the instructor is very supportive and there is always a positive attitude during the lessons. Finished stage 1. Stage 2 come at me

I have been attending pole twister for…
I have been attending pole twister for the past 6 weeks now and it has been nothing short of amazing. The instructor Lisa makes each class so fun that you do not even realise you have just done a full hour of workout. I would highly recommend Pole Twister a go if you want to give pole dancing a try!

I’ve been to other pole dancing places before, but the instructors at pole twisters are the most supportive I’ve ever met. Such a positive and wonderful place to learn a cool new skill x

I did the beginners 6 week course and I loved it. The pace of the course was good, and the instructors were really helpful when you got stuck on a move. It's really good exercise, and I feel I've got better upper body strength because of it. It gave me a lot of body confidence and I'm looking forward to starting the stage 2 here too.

Would definitely recommend pole twisters if you want to learn pole! Did the taster session with carla which was loads of fun & since then been going through the stages with cerys who is a wonderful and supportive teacher. It's a fun and relaxed environment to learn in :)

Excellent class!
I’ve been going to classes here for a couple of months now and I look forward to it all week! It’s such a fun and empowering way to stay fit and the girls are all super lovely. Such a great way to meet new people and have fun!

Reallly enjoy my time at Pole twisters
Reallly enjoy my time at Pole twisters, I got the mixed class and they go at my speed and know what my body can do and sometimes push me further then I think I can do, which is always great.

Great night out
Had a fun and educational time at pole twisters. Learnt lots of basic moves as a new beginner to the world of pole dancing. Kind and bubbly teacher who helped with all the moves and made the experience less daunting. Would recommend for a fun hour out and as a cool skill to try. Small studio so not daunting. Only hung was I bruised a lot but I bruise very easy!

Just finished level 1
Just finished level 1, about to start level 2. The classes have been good size, and teachers flexible with their methods of teaching and coaching to suit individual needs.
I struggled to make it to classes on Mondays and was accommodated for easily.
