Pole Twisters Arvostelua 

Have been to three classes so far, including the beginners taster and it’s fantastic!!
The beginners taster was a lot more moves and a little routine that I was not expecting, Kendra was so great at walking me through the steps and very patient with me. Have been to mixed ability with Abi twice and she is so friendly and happy and fun to work with. Despite there being women who are far more advanced than myself, I’m always given a variation to work towards and watching the women is such an inspiration to see what can be achieved. These women are powerful and strong and so lovely, it’s becoming part of my weekly routine already, and as someone who doesn’t attend a gym or has never done a fitness class before, honestly it’s great. I walk 40 mins to class and am excited to get there and see what happens. Could not recommend enough.

My daughter had a brilliant party on Sunday, it was barbie themed and the dance teacher was absolutely amazing with the children, would definitely recommend 😀

Loved my classes with David! He made classes so fun and really put me at ease from the beginning, I was really worried when starting if how I would feel in a class full of beautiful women whether I would judge myself. But David made it feel so inclusive, didn’t push me so I felt uncomfortable and was very patient with me when I struggled with certain moves which I really appreciated. Have recommended David to lots of people now because of how great he is

Attended a taster mixed ability class with David and had so much fun. The class was challenging but David broke all the moves down and made sure I felt confident and comfortable when attempting things I hadn’t tried before.

I regularly attended David’s Monday mixed ability classes where David demonstrated his skill and his care.
He would go around offering one-on-one advice or tips to all students, ensuring to offer support to everyone individually so everyone benefited or made progress in each class.
David would offer adaptations or variations to certain moves if you were struggling/more advanced so you could progress with the rest of the class, and still do the same thing rather than just giving you something completely different, catering to the different level of abilities in the class whilst having some sort of unity throughout. This made you concentrate on the moves you could do and still come from the class feeling positive instead of making you feel negative about the moves you couldn’t do.
He frequently asked what moves you wanted to learn or practise so he could incorporate these into his lessons to ensure he was teaching the things you wanted. If you sent him videos of moves or routines he would go away and learn these, making alterations when needed, to teach in his next lesson. He strived to ensure you were getting out what you wanted from the mixed ability sessions.
His friendly and bubbly personality as well as his help and support made it such a great learning and supportive environment.
David and the class as a whole, will cheer you on and encourage you when struggling as well as celebrate your successes with you (this is apparent in the background of many of my pole pics). He will be your biggest hype man aswell as your teacher!

Amazing fun and a great workout! David is simply fantastic, he is full of energy and so much fun! I had never been to a pole previously so I was quite nervous but David puts you at ease instantly. There was a range of abilities in the class I attended but David made sure that the class caterers for everyone and no one is made to feel uncomfortable. I would thoroughly recommend David's classes to anyone.

David’s mixed ability class is tailored to all levels of fitness and ability and is so much fun. He is literally a scream a minute and he is so welcoming and such a beautiful soul!
I would recommend booking David’s classes as soon as they come out because they fill up quickly and there have been occasions where I haven’t been able to get a slot.

David is one of the best teachers for pole, his lessons are always high energy and full of laughs. I’v been learning from him for the past 4 months and my skills have improved loads. Would recommend him to anyone beginner or experienced

Amazing class, everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout, trainers were so helpful and went through things thoroughly when I was finding it hard.

Great pole studio

Cat and Lynx are great teachers. Always wanting the best for students. I've been going for a few weeks now and I notice my shoulders are getting stronger and they teach me more week by week.

Some things I found hard in week 1 are now easier. Some things I struggle with but know with practice I will get better.

What a workout! My body is still feeling it a few days after, but I feel great for it! For my first class the girls and David were really welcoming and didn’t judge me at all as a complete beginner! David has the patient of a saint breaking down the moves and going over things! Can’t wait to come back 🙂

David is a super friendly and fun teacher that brings you out your shell and inspired confidence. The stages really help you learn at the right pace and the atmosphere is always so friendly.

Had a private lesson with Lucy and she was an amazing teacher. Really friendly and knowledgable which was great as I’m a complete beginner. Have now booked regular sessions!
