A very smooth and transparent experience. Pluto makes it very easy to quote a travel insurance policy and clearly outlines what each add-on involves and how much it will cost. My only suggestion would be to explain that by default, and as far as I'm aware, there are no gadgets included in the policy!

Slick site, very intuitive to use and so easy to tailor your cover to exactly meet your needs. Buying insurance made simple and dare I say, even enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone!

The seamless and fun process took me literally 2 minutes and I would definitely use them again.

Building my own tailored policy took 5 minutes on the app, was great to be able to choose exactly what I wanted. Then when I lost my bag on holiday, I made a claim through the chatbot within 10 minutes! Such a big improvement to the hassle of printing / scanning / sending off forms... SO simple and quick to use. Insurance jargon normally baffles me, but Plutos wording is so clear and easy to understand. The claims process also looks really slick, which I imagine will be super useful during what would be a stressful time!

Had a quick play with the claims feature, and was able to complete one for baggage delay in a few minutes from my phone. Hopefully I never have to make a claim, but good to know it will be easy when I do.
