I would highly recommend Pluto insurance to anyone looking for a simple, straightforward travel policy that can be tailored to your needs. Winter sports and adventure sports are great additions, and the claim handling process is very easy via the chatbot feature. Within a few days of lodging a claim and submitting evidence for a Ski injury, I was reimbursed for all applicable expenses. I couldn’t ask for a better service, this is definitely the future of insurance. Needless to say I will be using Pluto for all my future travel insurance needs.

Great, customisable and well-explained cover, with the option to add extended travel disruption (which feels like a must for a trip to Iceland and also rather elusive when it comes to other policies out there!). Customer service was really helpful and responsive when I had some questions.

Slick experience, it was very quick and easy. Reminded me of a time I tried (and failed) to buy travel insurance on my phone 5 minutes before taking off. Wish I knew about Pluto then! Reassuring that the policy is underwritten by a big name like Zurich.
