Pluto Cover Arvostelua 

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pluto. I found out about them just by googling "millennial insurance" and decided to give them a try.

The whole process couldn't be any simpler, which is what I was looking for. This was my first time ever booking travel insurance and I wanted things properly and clearly explained. I found the website very helpful and in just a couple of minutes I filled a questionnaire and signed up for insurance.

I love how everything is dealt with online and easily. If you need to make a claim you can contact them through Facebook Messenger or via email. No need for anything else other than your phone!

Also the customer service was top notch. I had to make some changes to my policy after paying for it and the person who helped me always replied to my emails SUPER quickly, nice and polite.

I think if there's anything missing from the experience is probably an app. A well designed, easy to use app where you could sign up for insurance, make changes to your current policy and make any claims if needed would just be perfect. I did read somewhere that they have an app in the works though, so we'll see.

I'm pretty sure I will keep using Pluto for any travel insurance from now on.
PS: Please think about offering renter's contents insurance! :)

I've been shopping around for a decent travel insurance, and stumbled upon these guys... I really liked their simplified approach and how they managed to step out of the "grey, boring, overly-official insurance company paradigm" and do things differently, so much more people-centric.

I've had to contact them to ask / verify a few things, and found communications to be very quick, easy, courteous and helpful.

Signing up was a breeze, and the policy is just tweakable enough to be flexible, but not confusing.

I haven’t needed to contact them as my policy is for a future date, but their on-boarding process was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Also impressed they donate to charity and offer a referral scheme and show paper free conscientiousness for the environment whilst respectfully and clearly providing the option to request paperwork by post. What an admirable company.

I used the chat feature on Pluto's website to find the correct cover for me and got a helpful reply within fifteen minutes. The website and application process are super simple, and the company seem transparent about paying out for claims and about what you are buying. Would recommend!

What a super easy to use service! All too easy to buy and actually slightly enjoyable haha. Awesome to see claims can be done straight from my phone, I had to submit a claim with my previous insurer and they asked me to post something in!!

I chose Pluto to buy travel insurance for an upcoming trip after looking at multiple online travel insurance providers.
Buying a policy was extremely easy - the jargon simplified for everyday travellers and the policy coverage options clearly described. And on top of it, Alex was there to answer all my queries. He responded almost within few hours every time I asked something.

But the most important thing for me was the post-buying support. When I had an issue (not because Pluto at all) and I reached out to Pluto, Alex himself replied and resolved it.
