Hi Jenny, thanks very much for the five-star review. We're glad to hear you're happy with your experience!
Smooth sign-up, and even smoother claim
I already reviewed Pluto but this time, other than just the smooth sign-up, I can also review the claim process.
I was on holiday and unfortunately crashed my drone against a wall of rock — I honestly wasn't sure my claim would have been picked up, but I submitted the claim straight away. A few days after I was requested to provide a repair quote and, in less than 15 days, I already have the money needed for the repair in my bank account.
This is exactly how a claim should work, and it really makes you feel like, whatever happens, Pluto has got your back.

Simple, easy to understand, quick to buy
Quick & smooth quote journey with very clear descriptions of the core & optional cover elements. Got my quote within about 3 mins as promised and the price was better than expected.
Hope I don't need to claim but of course that's the real test of any insurance product - for now, the experience is 5*
