Pluto Cover Arvostelua 

Pluto is straight forward, reasonably priced and it's convenient especially for an ex-pat who recently moved to London. I've never had the need to claim so I can't comment on that. I sent a referral code to a mate and she forgot to use it. We emailed Pluto and our man Harry did some magic and refunded the referral discount (10 pounds) despite us making the payment already. Thanks champ :]

So easy to use and understand.

I took out a Pluto policy several months ago to safeguard myself on my European travels. The policy builder was the best, it was very clear, well-priced and adaptable. I dropped my basically-new phone while in Amsterdam in December and submitted a claim online that evening. Can't fault the claims process, it is super easy and straightforward. I had a number of questions and attachments I'd forgotten to add to my claim and Alex was always available on email to respond to my queries and liaise with the claims team. Because my claim was submitted just prior to Christmas, things moved a little more slowly than they would have at any other time of the year, which is completely understandable. The main thing was having a human I knew would reply to my email and keep me updated. My claim has now been settled which is a great outcome and I would recommend Pluto to anybody looking for a travel insurance provider!

I recently had to cancel a short trip to Edinburgh after having an accident the night before we were due to travel. I got in touch with Pluto, started a claim, provided evidence through their tool and had all of the money back in my account after about 5 days. Unbelievable really!

Getting the insurance and understanding it fully happened within minutes. The policy was emailed in a single easy-to-understand, jargon free pdf. When I had to amend my policy, all I had to do was chat with one of their friendly advisors (no 30 min wait over the phone call). Not only did Pluto happily amend my policy but they also gave me a £10 discount. My only question to Pluto is: why limit yourself to travel insurance?
