Website straight forward to use
Website straight forward to use, shame there was no android app at the time I purchased. Very reasonable price for the cover needed. Not sure about claims process as I didn't need to make one. Will definitely use again in future.

Ski Travel Insurance, SORTED!
Super easy way to get a travel insurance!
Went for a ski travel and got my insurance the day before with Pluto! A friend of mine told me about it and said how easy and fast was the process!
Thankfully didn’t have to use it as the trip went so well but was sure if something happened Pluto would be there ready to help!

Fantastic service! I needed to change cover with short notice and Alex was extremely helpful and processed a refund for my old policy immediately.

Super Easy
It was super quick and easy to get a quote and to buy a policy. It was really inexpensive as well, I can't believe I went so long without travel insurance before!

So easy to understand
What I loved about the quote process was how understandable it is. Most of the time, insurance companies hide important aspects in fine prints, so it was refreshing to not only have everything explained in simple terminology, but also to have everything transparent. I hope the claims process is as simple as the quote process!
