Efficient, clear and easy process to purchase. Like how the explanations are lighthearted rather than full of jargon terms, which is normally offputting when purchasing insurance.

Awesome in-app messaging service
Great customer service when I’ve just upgraded my cover to include being covered in case FCO advice changes. Got it sorted in a couple minutes via the in-app chat functionality - no need for long calls! Thanks Pluto!

Had to write a review because the saying I've heard before - 'it's like Monzo for travel insurance' - couldn't be truer!
Easiest checkout in the world, very intuitive and lets you dig deeper into specs that are important to you (gadget cover, etc) and the customer service is so quick and so, so helpful.

Customer service is top notch
Customer service is fantastic, had a slight glitch getting it all set up. Contacted them and they where able to see what the problem was and get it sorted straight away. Quick, easy and uncomplicated. How all insurance should be.

Amending our policy was easy peasy! I had a response within 30mins and then my refund an hour after that. Everything is clear and I feel as if I actually know what I'm paying for, rather than just hoping for the best. Thanks, Pluto!

**Updated**
I had an initial great experience with the Pluto app booking my snowboard insurance. The team were quick to get back to me to clarify what was covered by the winter sports part of their policy and the purchase experience was great.
Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I was unable to travel and my travel provider cancelled the whole trip with no refund offered. I was able to fill out the claims form though the app (although lost the first attempt due to the app crashing)
Initially, my claim was turned down in its entirety, which was very surprising. But Alex, Plutos CEO, was quickly in touch to let me know that there had been some confusion on their end and the team was re-reviewing my claim. They quickly did this and we were able to settle my claim successfully.
Although the initial mix up was quite distressing, I have been incredibly impressed with the quick and personal communication from the Pluto team and would defiantly recommend them to everyone!

Super easy to set up online. Had to make a claim as I broke my wrists. No problems to sort out between pluto and with the medical centre in Bulgaria. Only problem was trying to call the number for help. Would highly recommend.

I unfortunately had to make a claim for a cancelled trip a few weeks ago and was really impressed by how easy it was to submit, and then by how quickly the claim was settled and the payment made. I genuinely didn’t think it would be possible to rave about a travel insurance company but here I am!
