Fantastic cover and customer service
My experience with pluto has been absolutely fantastic. Their booking process is incredibly clear and honest, their chat feature and app are so so so helpful and their staff are very understanding. My trip plans were ruined by the Covid-19 pandemic however having pluto as my insurer made the process so much easier and they have gone above and beyond to make sure they support their customers at this crazy time. 100% would recommend.

Modern and personalised insurance
This is my second time using Pluto insurance for travel around Europe. It is an easy process to get a quote and purchase the policy which is very handy. Even when I had concerns, the customer service provided from their team was exceptional and communication was speedy and helpful. Will use again

When planning a recent trip to New Zealand, I approached the task of finding appropriate travel insurance with trepidation -- luckily, I stumbled across Pluto which made the process of collating the policy I needed a total breeze. I really like the user interface of their website as well as mobile app, and appreciate the transparency they're clearly aiming for in their communication with users. Even though I (luckily) didn't have to make a claim, Pluto receive top marks from me based on the experience so far!

Outstanding Customer Service
I took out a one trip policy after reading a review that said they were the monzo of travel insurance..., and was not disappointed!
Before I had even bought a policy, Alex answered all of my many questions about extended travel disruption quickly, helpfully, and friendly. I've never received assistance like that from an insurance company before becoming a customer.
When I was away, they answered any questions I had within the hour, even extending my policy for 12 hours without any issue after a mistake with the flight dates, and were able to confirm quickly what might happen when it looked like I would get stuck abroad due to coronavirus.
I didn't make a claim but would 100% recommend just based on the customer service alone. Alex and the rest of the team definitely went above and beyond any customer experience I have ever had with another insurer.
The app is also very easy and straightforward to use.

I am very impressed with Pluto. The quote was very competitive and no hidden clauses or false promise. Alex from Pluto has answered my queries very quick and the explanation was very clear.
