The gentleman who came was so good
The gentleman who came was so good, did a magnificent job as well as advising us of a fabric choice as well as having a great sense of humour. Thank you Plumbs. I've used you for many years with great satisfaction while living in the Midlands and now here. They fit beautifully.

Thank you for your lovely review, Mary. We’re delighted to hear your covers fit beautifully and that you received such great service. Thank you for your continued support of Plumbs.
Sizing issues
Despite accurate measurements by the really helpful and friendly representative who visited, all of the seating and back rest cushions had to be re-made due to poor quality construction and variable sizing.
The replacements were then made accurately but took longer to be delivered to me than all the original sofa and armchair covers.
Overall cost rather expensive especially given the issues encountered and I will not be using the service again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry that the original seating and back cushions did not meet the standard you expected and needed to be remade, and we appreciate how disappointing the additional wait for the replacements must have been.
We’re pleased the replacement cushions were made accurately, but we’re sorry that the overall experience, particularly given the cost, has left you feeling that you would not use our service again. Your comments are valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant team.

Your reputation is very good but wish Plumbs would allow customers to choose fabric not necessarily from Plumbs to upholster furniture. Sadly none of Plumbs samples suited me otherwise I would have given Plumbs the upholstery joy.

Using Plumbs was the right decision
I purchased several different services from Plumbs: from a kitchen roller blind, window seat cushion, to reupholstering a sofa, armchair and stool. All of this was booked on one home visit. Booking clearly discussed with agent who took accurate measurements, had a wide range of fabrics and was able to advise on the most practical for my purposes. Timescales made very clear (took about 3 months for everything to be completed). Very friendly and professional service from all involved. I can't fault the quality of the end products and I am very pleased I used Plumbs.
