Those people engaged in arranging for the work we wanted were 'on the ball' and wanted to help us in any way they could. They were prepared to change direction if we had specific requests, in order to provide the service we required. When we wanted to make alterations to things they found acceptable ways of doing so. This meant that the finished work met with our requirements and satisfaction. I can't remember the gentleman's name. He had an excellent understanding of the various tasks required to provide a very good completed set of covers and curtains. He seemed to have had training and experience in all the processes involved in completing our requirements to a good standard.

Lovely Quality Curtains
I am very happy with my new curtains. From the first contact with the Plumbs representative to the day they were fitted , the service was excellent.
The representative and the young man who came to do the fitting were both friendly, polite and very helpful.
I was quoted 10 weeks for delivery, but was pleasantly surprised when it took just 4 weeks.
Lovely quality curtains , they look modern and elegant.
I like the light blocking and insulting lining and particularly love my new wooden poles and how smoothly the curtains run on them!

Bad poor service.
Want to replace our sofa & two arm chairs plus 4 dining room chairs, have asked for samples to be sent, was told they would be despatched within a day, that was almost a week ago & still waiting for samples. Sorry Plumbs but you have missed out on a good sale. Also, they don't reply to emails.

Very long delay from placing order to receiving finished items . Replacement seat cushions poor quality - very hard / firm and uncomfortable . Loose covers well made and fitted well

Your upholstery was adequate but your prices are ridiculous. A new upholstered chair from John Lewis would be considerably cheaper.

The quality of the fabric was not as…
The quality of the fabric was not as good as I was expecting. Not sure if this was a poor choice on my part. Although my order included 6 different fabrics. The blinds and curtains are very well made and the fitter was excellent, spotting a flaw in the fabric on one of my blinds. Overall an average experience. One other useful touch would have been a small swatch of all the fabrics so I can choose throws and cushions…just a thought.

Each stage of the process of acquiring new blinds for my bedroom went smoothly. Payment was straightforward, there was a good range of fabrics to choose from, and arranging the date for fitting the blinds was easy.
