I feel very disappointed
I feel very disappointed. The consultant who visited only showed me approx 4 books of fabric. The samples I choose were slow to arrive.
I contacted the consultant several times both through email and text regarding a query. I have never received a reply. I contacted customer services and they said the consultant would be in touch. I received an email but yet again I am still waiting for an answer to a simple question. This has been a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. I genuinely want to sort out some new covers, but this experience has left me feeling very reluctant to proceed. The product is expensive and the service should be reliable and trustworthy.

Disappointed with result
Paid to replace seat and back cushions and don’t think they are any better - all seats wrinkle when sat on and fronts are wrinkled plus cushions don’t sit well on arms and tops wrinkle. Only thing completely happy with is the colour & material.

Gorgeous covers for my bed settee
The representative, Raymond. was most accommodating re dates for measuring up, and was very good at it and also had a lot of good ideas. When the covers arrived and were fitted I was absolutely delighted - perfect fit, lovely colour and easy to take off when the time comes to wash them. I could not be happier with my purchase.
