Cover My Furniture Arvostelua

Finished new covers fitted well and look great.

Detailed measuring instructions although easy to follow. Very quick delivery. I was kept up to date with progress of order and the final product fits well.

I have now had two chair covers made. The second one is just as successful as the first. I am delighted with it. Superb service from my first query and the cover arrived well within the 28 day anticipated delivery . Thank you Cover My Furniture.

Excellent service from Sophie & Emma, great communication and beautiful cushion covers, highly recommend

Helpful from the start, helping me with the ordering, updates and questions. The covers themselves are super, perfect fit and ofc I already knew perfect colour as I had already had my free sample. Sofas are Robin Day classics so to replace is now 10k, so 2k on covers was not unreasonable. Really happy with the whole experience

Sophie is amazing, great service and my sofa looks brand new. Highly recommend!

I bought replacement cushions for my MultiYork sofa- they were made to order. Communication from Emma and Sophie was great throughout the process and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with our new furniture covers. The covers are very good quality with exceptional velcro fittings. Service and communication has been excellent throughout. Good colour choice and fits in really well with our living room. Would really recommend Cover My Furniture if your suite is perfectly usable and only needs covering and most likely works out cheaper than buying a new one.

Their response was very prompt and cheerful- I wanted to make sure the seams were flat, and they understood immediately. The covers were perfect, and mercifully quite easy to pull on.

I had new loose chair covers made for a very shabby looking snuggle chair. It now looks brand new! Great personal service. Quick response to emails. Fantastic chair and cushion covers! The fabrics are high quality too. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very friendly and efficient team; luckily they had my furniture measurements from a previous order so were able to make the covers very quickly. Quality is great.

The covers and cushions are a perfect fit, The fabric is really good quality and I'm absolutely delighted with the finished product.
The process is really easy. Bags are provided to send your original items which are then used as templates. Explicit instructions are provided at every stage
Customer service was great too. I would highly recommend this company.

After placing an order and payment online I was very pleased with the service and delivery time.

The customer service contacts I had responded quickly and efficiently to my emails. I was also able to speak to one of my contacts very easily on the phone without being passed around. Instructions for measuring old covers were easy to follow and the new covers fit extremely well giving more life to a much loved sofa

Like others received samples, requested a price for 2 cushion backs and 2 seats covers for a Next furniture that has been in production for 12 years so pretty standard. Received a call asking for measurements and an then an email from Karen Mc... with their payment details but no quote or reference to cost. Then several calls by me and emails and nothing from them. Asking for a price.

1.
To anyone reading this they are quicker at replying on TrustPilot. Just look at the dates!

2.
If they are this bad at making a sale, what are they like when things go wrong.

Avoid!

I used this company to make a new cover for a large living room chair. The new one they made actually fits better than the original cover, certainly after that one was put through industrial washing machines mutiple times.

It looks great and the chair is as comfortable to sit in as ever. And the arm covers are brilliant.

I have to admit that, as I packed up the worn out original cover to send off, I was very unsure how this would turn out. Obviously, CovermyFurniture has developed a system THAT WORKS!

I am very, very pleased with the new covers and no longer embarrassed about the worn thin, tearing and stained (15 year old) cover on the chair.

Utterly useless and a complete waste of time. Requested samples on numerous occasions and eventually they arrived. I asked to speak to someone who I was told was on another call but she then said she wasn't in the office. Perhaps she was working remotely or virtually from home. An email told me the address of the showroom so I turned up to a closed showroom. It was opened for me but the girl didn't have a clue and told me it was best to do everything online. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Received samples and sent measurements as requested then just silence, no calls answered/returned, no email reply. What a weird company! I'll go somewhere else where they actually want my custom and don't waste peoples time.

Fabric samples sent quickly but attempts to call them to ask questions about measuring for arm covers have not been answered and emails similarly ignored. I see from other customers that this is an ongoing problem which does not inspire confidence in using this company.
