Kendor Arvostelua

Ordered three radiators last week from them, which arrived today. Very fast delivery, friendly staff, and excellent customer service, plus they were cheaper than my local merchants as well! I have just installed one radiator so far, but blimey does it get hot, so it seems to be an excellent product as well. Will be using them again.

I order a radiator in late December, may not be the best time to do so, but I have to say it was no problem. They kept me informed due to a delay in parcel force being over whelmed due to the Christmas period and the delivery day being changed. Easy to order good customer service what more could ask for.

Great service, swift delivery. Will use again

Fast, efficient and professional.

Straightforward, had just what was needed and at a decent price. Delivery as advertised and only took a couple of days. Would use again.

I have placed orders from Kendor twice, they are excellent, with a very fast delivery and helpfulness.
The staff are very polite and friendly they will do what ever they can to assist in making a very smooth transaction.
Very professional a credit to Kendor.
Will use again

Efficiency throughout. Ordered wrong size but change to correct one handled seamlessly

Got what I wanted and good communication.

Great price on a new quality radiator and fast delivery which arrived on time as well. Even allowing for the separate delivery charge it was still by far the best price I could get. Well packaged and the courier was polite and friendly.

Their communication was great, I had an issue with my order, when I contacted them they offered an alternative and a partial refund. They did this with no hassle and very quickly

Good service, good prices, good communication, delivery sooner than expected by a friendly driver. This is exactly what you should be able to expect. Thanks!

Easy to order and delivery excellent.

Ordered 2 radiators, delivery was quick, easy ordering on the website, and excellent communication throughout.

Ordered 8 radiators and was really impressed with the whole experience. Delivery was quick, the driver was friendly, and the team on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s rare these days to call a company and get straight through to someone knowledgeable who can answer your questions. Overall, an excellent service, keep it up. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Tha speed of delivery was excellent.
The radiator was well packed and all partswere in the box.
My only concern at this present time is that it is not getting has warm on the return end.

Helpful on the phone but I would not use again. I was given a 8 am to 6 pm delivery slot. The driver would ring when one hour away. The product arrived at 7 pm and the driver rang when he was outside my house just as we were about to go out for the evening.

The original delivery date was missed because of vehicle issues but they company informed me in plenty of time and re-arranged it for next possible day.

The pricing was very competitive with a great range of radiator options. Web purchase was simple and delivery was quick and professional.
Overall a great price and level of service.

Exc comms, clear guidance, effective software. Product well packaged and delivered on time as messaged.
