Great service and communications

Great service and communication was great so we knew exactly what was going on to keep our builders in the loop. I wish more companies would be like them and also transparent on location of stock and availability and delivery dates!

Outstanding Kendor!

Kendor was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before. Compared to many other plumbing businesses, Kendor have proved to be outstanding. The counter, and back room staff are helpful and knowledgeable and make sure that your purchase is ideal for your needs. The prices are very competitive. Delivery was on time - Kendor are certainly a company that I would happily recommend and would personally use again when needed.

Vastaus yritykseltä Kendor

Dear Mr Smalley,

We are sorry for the delay in your delivery. Unfortunately, our courier partner experienced an unexpected system outage, which not only held up your order but also disrupted the usual communication. We recognise how frustrating this must have been and want to reassure you that incidents like this are extremely rare.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope you enjoy your product and that you’ll give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

Warm regards,
Kendor Leicester
