The radiator is great. However even though they had a safe place to deliver, I had to ring to get a delivery and that meant my radiator was days late as I could not arrange anything over their weekend. Abit of a faff.

Mixer tap not as described
Phoned prior to placing an order to ensure that the item (mixer tap) shown online was exactly as per the image. I was told it was the same and placed the order. Upon receiving the item it was different. Item returned and blamed the supplier for changing the product. They should have checked before dispatching.

You had previously contacted us to confirm whether the tap was fluted. At the time, the manufacturer’s product description and images clearly showed the fluted design.
As the item is factory sealed in its original packaging, we do not open boxes prior to dispatch, as we are committed to supplying brand new products in untouched condition.
We want to reassure you that we are not trying to avoid responsibility. Whenever an issue arises, we act promptly to investigate and resolve it. In this case, the manufacturer had made a change to the product and removed the fluted decorative detail but had not updated any of the product information or images. This was an error on their part, which they have acknowledged and since corrected.
It is worth noting that this manufacturer is a large, reputable company whose products are sold nationwide, and it is very rare for them to make a product specification error, but unfortunately, on this occasion, they did.
As soon as you contacted us, we immediately accepted the return and processed your refund on the same day. The matter was resolved quickly once brought to our attention.
That said, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Wish More Companies Were Like Kendor
I would give them 6 stars if I could. Ordered 5 radiators on Tuesday (10th) after speaking on the phone with a member of staff for 40 minutes who kindly gave technical advice on my needs.
I got a phone call next day, saying my rads will arrive the day after, and to their word, the friendly delivery driver dropped them off.
I have fitted them, and they work exactly how I wanted them to, so the technical advice has been great as well!!!
Keep it up I will be using them again for my next project.

Web site stated 3 to 5 business days for delivery,I received a phone call 4 days after order to be told my delivery would be in another 10 days.
Deliver times like these happened in the 70,s.

Our records show we contacted you within two working days (with the weekend in between) to arrange delivery. While the vast majority (over 99%) of our deliveries arrive within two working days, on this rare occasion the courier took six working days, making the total time eight working days. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been and sincerely apologise for the delay.
After investigating with the courier, we were informed that an error occurred at their warehouse. Unfortunately, we were not notified of the issue at the time, and had we been aware, we would have taken immediate steps to resolve it for you to get the order to you on time. THREE FAILED DELIVERY DATES.
OK, I see the reviews & can only assume my purchase was a complete mess, but read on & take notice.
This order (Your order ref: 3934574) was placed on 12 January but here we are on failed delivery date number three! I have just been informed by Every that the radiator I was promised would be here today is still being processed by them. The expected delivery date is now sometime in the next three bloody days, what a shower, try telling the truth instead of wasting other people's time & money, unbelievable!
