Absolument parfait j’ai eu un problème après avoir payer mon serveur et Francis l’un des assistant m’a aider pendant presque une heure avant de desceller la solution avec moi qui ne venait même pas spécialement de leur serveur mais de mon jeu il a pris le temps d’essayer 1000 et 1 solutions possibles jusqu’à ce que ça fonctionne et j’ai pu me connecter et jouer finalement je recommande à 2000% et MERCI Francis ce mec mérite une promotion sérieux !

The set up and a modding is really fast, but a little but complicated, but that is not the sites fault, it is just me :D
BUT... if you have any problem, really, anything, the support is absolutely superb, i never saw a more patient, helpful and kind customer service (and i work at one :D) Emman is the best if u ask me, but everyone is really awesome. So thank you!!

Rented a server
Rented a server, after the first 10 mins i found out it wasnt for me, so i closed it down, i accepted the first payment, but then with no active server i was charged again. when i complained to the help ", you forgot to turn off auto-renew on the cluster itself so it renewed anyway." I never turned it on and i cancelled the server. Was not offered a refund, had to go to my credit card company and file a fraud case. When asked for a supervisor i was told " It will probably take a while." unreal behaviour. Avoid at all costs
EDIT: No i wont revisit my rating, at no point did the agent tell me that the refund was processed, i asked multiple times and was told it needs to go to a supervisor to deal with it. I then asked for the transcript of the chat to be sent to me, this was the email i got "Hi dwodayz,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
This is your ticket for the refund. As I said in the chat, our team will get back to you soon.
Thank you for your patience."
So if the refund was processed then, why does someone from the team need to get back to me...

The charge in question was refunded from our side as soon as it was brought up, so there was no delay on our end in reversing it.
As for the “it will take a while” message, that was referring to the time banks and card providers take to reflect a processed refund on your statement, not any delay in handling it from our side.
To clarify the situation, our services renew automatically by default, which is outlined in the Service Renewal section of our terms: https://pingplayers.com/terms-of-service. This can sometimes be missed if only the server itself is cancelled and not the renewal setting tied to the service.
We understand how this could come across the wrong way, especially in the moment. Since the payment was refunded promptly, we’d genuinely appreciate it if you’d consider revisiting your rating to reflect the full picture.

EDIT: The operations lead emailed you twice, but here is an extract of his email:
"The reason why the agent didn't refund or confirm the refund himself is of protocol, agents can't refund themselves, it has to go through the billing department as it's protocol and under the security measures of the company. I'm sorry for the confusion.
If you do not wish to edit your rating, it is understandable, it's your opinion and I'm not undermining it. I just hope you understand how it was all a confusion and it was in our interest and attempts to help you from the start. "
