Great service, quick deployment, good support
The deployment of the game servers are very quick, literally a couple of minutes.
When I had two issues, they were quick and also most helpful, so there is a really good customer service.

PingPlayers is a great game server…
PingPlayers is a great game server hosting company. I've had zero issues with it as far as performance. I had one tiny issue with billing, and they quickly redesigned the way adding cards to your account was done. They are very quick to resolve issues, and super fast to respond! I've been with them for almost a year, hosting my 7D2D server, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Also, Kimmy is a ROCKSTAR! She gets it done! Shoot her a message, and she'll get you fixed up with the absolute quickness!

Definitely recommend. Kimmy went above and beyond to help me get my server back from nearly getting deleted to joining my game to remove a toxic players off my server. It was a long process but we managed to get it done. Seriously I am lost for words.

Lautaro has been an absolute amazing…
Lautaro has been an absolute amazing help. One of the best support members I've encountered. He was extremely patient and kind with me and my sister. He was helping us setup the server config to where it would show up and let us connect correctly to the server and setup mumble correctly. He spent 4 hours problem solving with me and my sister to make sure we had all of our servers settings correct so we could load into the server. Once we were loaded in to the server he went out of his way to help us with setting up mumble for our server. If the rating went higher Id give him the highest rating i could. I honestly don't think i could've gotten mumble and server setup correctly if it wasn't for him. I spent 3 days aka 20 plus hours altogether fighting with trying to set up mumble. i asked for help and he got us taken care of in 4 hours fully setup. Yes it took awhile but regardless we figured it out that was our goal. Even when he didn't know the answer to our problem due to a bug because of in game browser problem not loading correctly he was still determined to problem solve around it and help us! Overall best support I've had before! Thank you again Lautaro!

The customer service here is amazing. The live chat agents are some of the most helpful customer relations people I have ever worked with. Kimmy and Nicole specifically were amazing. They answered so many questions and helped me through multiple obstacles with setting up my first server.

Getting a first server set up can come with a surprising number of little hurdles, so having someone patient on the our side is a must for us.

Great server hosting and excellent support
I recently had an issue retrieving my save file, but customer support (shoutout to Emman!) quickly opened up my server to help me resolve it. I highly recommend Pingplayers for server hosting—the setup is easy, and the support is excellent. Never had any real issues!

Server not showing
So i bought a server and was having a hard time looking for it. i tried everything from restarting to using IP addresses and nothing. it was not until FRANCIS showed up and helped me. Truly it was a weird problem since it was not showing up for the both of us but with a few restart here and there, he MAGICALLY made it happen. I dunno how but it just did. truly a miracle!

Those weird edge-case issues are sometimes the most stubborn ones, especially when they refuse to behave normally for everyone involved. Glad persistence won in the end and the “server summoning ritual” finally worked.
