There are clear instructions for things and how to use the server for various things. When you need help they respond in a timely manner. Sometimes it's a little confusing on how to wipe a server and restart fresh. Otherwise things have been great!

I'm really new to cloud servers, I wanted to play with a community of friends so I created a server with supercraft. There was a recent update that broke my game, I was trying to figure out what to do so I contacted customer support. They are the absolute worst, don't give you clear directions and a were pretty rude when you reach out asking for clarification. It was very discouraging to where I started looking for a new cloud server. I don't want to spend months building a community on their server to receive poor customer service that leads me to cancel after doing all that work in the game. I thought it was a one-off bad interaction last year when I first created my server, with the new 1.0 patch released I decided to give them another try since I already have an account, but the customer service is terrible.

I tried Supercraft for a Conan Exiles Enhanced server because the pricing looked good and the website made the service sound simple, modern, and fast. My experience did not match that at all.

First, the site gives the impression that setup is basically instant. It was not. You still have to choose the service, choose the install, and wait for the server setup process. Depending on the game and connection/setup side of things, that can take a while. Mine was not the quick, polished experience the advertising made it sound like.

The biggest issue was the Conan mod support. The panel was extremely basic. The addon/mod section was just a comma-separated Workshop ID box, and the panel itself said the matching .pak files still had to be uploaded manually through FTP because automatic Workshop downloading was still “on the roadmap.” For a modded Conan server, that is a huge issue. That is not modern Steam Workshop support.

There also was not a proper restart/mod update workflow that matched what I expected from the advertising. For a game like Conan Exiles, especially with mods, restart tools, update tools, and backend control matter. This felt outdated and unfinished.

The server failed to start with a working Conan Enhanced mod list that had already been used on another host. Multiple mods were reported as too old or incompatible, and there was no clear Workshop validation/update tool in the panel to fix it. Troubleshooting became far more manual than it should have been.

I also question how established this company really is. The website claims they have served tens of thousands of customers, but when I looked around online, there was very little solid presence to back that up. I found people promoting the name on Reddit, but not much real independent discussion. Some of the same names appeared to be pushing the service, and I also saw people in other places questioning whether those users were just advocates for the site.

The reviews also gave me mixed feelings. A lot of positive reviews seemed to come from accounts with only one review, or from accounts that only seem to leave very one-sided reviews. Some reviews were about Discord, support being friendly, or the game itself, rather than the actual hosting service. That does not help much when what customers need to know is whether the server hosting, panel, performance, mod tools, and support actually hold up.

Support was not as responsive as advertised in my experience. They appear to operate on a non-US schedule, likely European or similar, and the timeframes did not line up well with United States evening hours. That matters for game hosting. US players are usually dealing with server issues during evening playtime, and if support is not available or responsive during those hours, that is a problem.

Overall, the service felt like budget hosting that is priced correctly for what it is. The lower price makes sense once you actually use it. The panel felt dated, the Conan mod handling was poor, the support was not impressive, and the whole operation felt much smaller and less polished than the website makes it sound.

Maybe this works for a simple vanilla server, but I would not recommend it for a modded Conan Exiles Enhanced server. You are paying less, but in my experience, you are also getting less.

Awesome customer support even when the issue wasn't with their service. Would recommend again without considering the cheap price.

Mods are a great help, recovered my lost world in a timely manner

It's a mixture of many well done things that has made my experience with your services absolutely enjoyable. To name a few, ease of use was #1 and I appreciate how quick tech support gets back to me if I have a problem. They are very friendly and patient with me. I'll keep coming back and I have recommended your services to anyone I know who desires a game host service.

When I purchased the server, I was unable to connect to it. I reached out on the open Discord they have available and the admin "DxWo" responded within minutes with a very professional manner.
It took us a couple days to get the issue fixed, but DxWo was in contact with me through the entire process and explained that the game I was renting the server for was very new for them. Knowing that, and that they were working with the Linux OS on their end made the speedbump very understandable.
Looking through their website and their Discord I see a very encouraging level of clarity and commitment on display. An excellent service and I don't think you'll go wrong giving this company your money and trust.

Reliable and easy to use. I play on console with no PC and managing the server with just a phone is as easy as can be.
