No es que sea experto en hostings pero sin duda de los que he probado este ha sido el peor. Intente hostear mi partida V Rising y solo tuve problemas, problemas al subir archivos porque se corrompían, picos de lag en el servidor, etc.
El servicio técnico también deja que desear no se porque tiene un 4.9 sinceramente.

We take a lot of pride in the team behind the service, so it’s important to clarify that what you ran into isn’t representative of how things usually go. From our side, this looked like a case we actively worked on, including providing an additional server for testing to isolate the issue properly.
We did follow up, but haven’t heard back since, so we’re hoping the solution we provided helped stabilize things. If you’re still running into trouble, we’re here and ready to continue from where things left off.

I was having a lot of crashes on my new Windrose server. I was ready to quit Ping Players all together. But I tried to get some help and Kimmy turned it all around. I had to be migrated to a new server, but I don't mind. Kimmy made sure I have the stability I needed to play my new game without frustration.

Had two servers with these
Had two servers with these, one for Enshrouded, and now one for Windrose. Only had a few issues which were solved really quickly, especially the last issue for my Windrose server getting stuck "booting". Francis swooped in and resolved it for me within minutes! Good pricing, great customer service!

I create a ticket and half a minute later there is help. It's not like other servers where it takes two days before you get help, so I highly recommend them.

Super easy to use and quick to set up…
Super easy to use and quick to set up gaming host. I play on PS with my friends and manage the server with my phone - only need to use pc for more advanced stuff. Support is also great: got some expiry emails although had days remaining but Nicole was quick to respond and sorted it out swiftly! Definitely recommend!

Great service & quick responses
The server hosting is extremely simple to use and if you have any issues they are quick to help resolve. The ai bot is very helpful too for small issues that don't require anything too technical. They are very accomodating to requests for changes of service. Probably the best server hosting out there in my experience.
