I never have a problem ordering & returning kegs. All good. I did buy a new pd machine a few months ago which has has just started making a load humming noise permanently, have to switch it off.... Näytä lisää

A fantastic product and great choice of beers.
The perfect draft machine is brilliant. Pub quality beers on tap.at home. Great choice of beers and regular offers including some great glasses. I have also used in store rewards ( trading my empty kegs at my local majestic) to top up my collection. Delivery of kegs has never been an issue. Would strongly recommend!

Can’t see the out of any negative reviews of this!
I’m a Leffe Blonde drinker and this is pretty much exclusively the only kegs I buy.
We also tried a Stella for some pre-drinks at mine which went down very well!
The ease of ordering and the keg return process (I use drop off and it’s super convenient) on the app is pretty much flawless. 3° is a touch too cold for Leffe, but as I don’t have a pro machine, it is what it is. Loses a touch of flavour at that temperature but the convenience and foam makes up for it.
I have swapped out kegs mid-keg, and it seem to froth more. In my experience it’s best to finish a keg before installing another one.
We are looking forward to trying some lighter beers in the summer afternoons and BBQ’s! Can’t wait!
I probably won’t bother with cider as he doesn’t seem worth it but for beers this is almost a must have machine because of the flavour, consistency and the foam head that you can achieve at home.
Highly recommended!

Good selection of beers. Really pleased they have Northern Monk beers now. Took advantage of one of the packs to get 3 kegs I like on offer. Fast delivery and great tasting cold beer.

I like the overall concept, but returns often have an issue
I like the overall concept and product. But returns often have an issue. It takes a long time for the credit to be given, previously I've had to chase credit as not recieved, was told I have to raise issues quicker. But this is impossible when it sat 'Credit pending'. I currently have 4 credits pending going back to 9 February, so will query, but really shouldn't have to

Late delivery, but made good in end
A star deducted due to a poor experience with the delivery of a tap. To cut a (very) long story short, we ordered a tap on 17 March, but it was misdirected. When a replacement was resent it was subjected to unexplained delays and poor tracking from Seur, until eventually being delivered on 15 April. Customer service was slow off the mark, but eventually stepped in and offered a compensation for the delay. I think that Perfectdraft just need to tighten their engagement with their delivery company account manager and be more proactive in chasing down late deliveries. All that said, we are very pleased with the unit so far and, hopefully, it will continue to work well. The first drinks have been very good, and we are hopeful that future ones will be equally as enjoyable.
