Love everything about the perfect draft system from the machine to the huge variety of beers that are available and not all readily available in the UK! The money back on keg returns is a great little bonus to make your next purchase more affordable! If you’re on the fence about buying one then you should definitely get one!

Everything was great from start to finish

It's good to be able to have a draft beer at the right temperature. It's a bit frothy at the beginning of the Keg but gets better. We've tried quite a few different kegs. Would like some more choice with ciders as there's only 3 at the moment. How about some more ales too, like Timothy Taylor. Overall we're pleased with it

Very pleased with my purchase of a new draft beer machine. Delivered free of charge. I took the Peroni keg and glasses with the machine at no extra cost against the industry average price.

Beer too lively wasted half the leg and so far no resolution with Perfect draft very disappointing

Up until my most recent purchase I would've given Perfect draft a 5 star review. But my most recent purchase was supposed to come with free Stella unfiltered glasses, which became unavailable after my purchase, but they didn't inform I wouldn't be getting the glasses until just an hour before delivery.

Love getting actual pub quality lager at home, it’s far nicer than buying cans or even bottles from the supermarket. I still struggle to achieve the perfect head on it but it settles quickly enough and it’s not that big a deal

It's a novelty and not as cheap as buying your alcohol from the supermarket. It is cheaper than most pubs though and you get a better drinking experience at home than having cans and bottles.
Main issue lately is that no matter how many times you book a keg collection Yodel never picks it up so you keep collecting keys until you have nowhere to keep them. The drop off locations are not close by for me and it would be very hard to take the 9 kegs I have to theses stores so I am very disappointed with how poor Perfect Draft have been on sorting the keg collections out.

In response to your reply I have left multiple messages with your team about the issues I am facing with the keg collection and have been ignored. When a keg collection has been booked I get no communication from Yodel or if I do get an email about the collection they do not turn up. I am now unable to schedule any collections as I have too many outstanding ones. I think you need to have a way to delete these old collections that never happened.

My pro machine has stopped working but only way to contact is via email or webchat. Emails have led to drip feed questions with gaps of more than a day between simple clarifications. Webchat simply referred to another team having a look but no contact within 24 hours. After 5 days, heading into weekend, we are still no closer to resolution. I have a machine that does not work despite doing all troubleshooting steps in manual in advance of contacting PerfectDraft. No sense of urgency from them and no real reassurance. For that reason I would not recommend buying a machine as if something goes wrong there is poor aftercare.

Noting response: we're still waiting after a week. Usually, when an appliance is broken, it is resolved on the same day via troubleshooting steps or the company undertake action to repair/replace that takes less than this period of time. You know my contact details...

Better than previous orders , this one arrived when stated not days late like other orders

It's the go to at parties and BBQs,with all the men trying to pour the best beer😊

The beer is pub quality,not like out of cans and bottles,delivery is excellent ,and they offer frequent discount codes on beer,

With the rip off of minimum pricing in Wales ,which has zero effect on problem drinkers anyway 🙄,this isn't an expensive option,and well worth it anyway,I buy premium kegs when on offer,and works out about £1.75 a pint (Stella,San Miguel) after keg return,Lush 😍

Good on time delivery

So far so good really enjoying the new beer machine still comes out a bit froffy I’m only on my 1 keg but the beer tast just like the pub so I’m happy. Can’t wait to order some more. Do you have a beer that is equivalent to Carling or fosters unless you sell these but I’ve not seen then

The draft beer kegs are very nice and you get a proper pub pint.
Just wish they were a little cheaper or more offers to save money especially when I order 3 kegs at a time.
