Perfect Cellar Arvostelua

As always my delivery is immediate and the packaging brilliant and my rose seemed barely disturbed by its delivery. I highly recommend The Perfect Cellar.

Whispering Angel excellent / and a good price. Delivery was very quick and our case of wine arrived in perfect condition.

Superb service, wonderful selection of wines etc best ever can’t praise this company enough.

Great selection of wines, we loved everything we bought. Delivery was fast and the packaging ensures safe arrival of every bottle. Highly recommend.

A great service, simple app and good prices.

What really makes it special is the customer service. Issues are sometimes unavoidable, the one time I did have an issue, it was resolved straight away. Perfect.

##update##
I did manage to find an email in my junk folder after a phone call from the company. Missing item refunded as there was a problem with the warehouse picking items... changed the review to 3 stars instead of one.

Parcel wasnt delivered... had to head to parcel depot... who had initially lost it.
When I opened it found there was an item missing and emailed support for assistance... its been 2 weeks and no answer. Would not use again.

Great company to deal with - price of the wine cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was super fast and the packaging of the bottles was excellent. Will definitely use again

I ordered a very nice bottle of wine as a gift and it arrived promptly with no issues plus the gift recipient really enjoyed it.

Good selection and good communications, look forward to using them again!

Accidentally steered the wine gift to myself by using PayPal. Perfect Cellarsteered it back.

Product arrived in good time and in good condition

The Monastrell syrah at that price point was excellent value unfortunately that can’t be said about the barbera d alba which was lacking in flavour and was £6 a bottle more!! Delivered on time for free which is always a plus.

Good value.. excellent service.. would recommend

I sampled the Fierce III Shiraz 2023 and thought it thoroughly enjoyable. Subtle and approachable with red fruit on the palate and a good finish. Very pleased. Might keep some for a decent period for comparison.

Great experience.
The delivery was quick and the ratings on the website were helpful.

Very personal service and prompt reliable delivery. Great range of wines too

The price on offer was exceptional for wine of this quality . Excellent combination of fruit and nice and dry . Very quick delivery service and would most certainly use again.

My first order from Perfect Cellar, and it won't be the last. The wines arrived the following day and were very well packed. I ordered a case of Orin Swift's L'Usine Pinot Noir 2019 - which is increasingly hard to find - and they were in perfect order. The wines were great value, and I like the fact that I've got 3% cashback too. All in all, a great experience.
