Thank you for the feedback and for talking to us. As discussed, the house name was missing in the address and Parcelforce could not locate the house. By the time it was provided, Parcelforce had already started the process of returning the wine to us. They failed to communicate with either of us it was escalated. We are delighted you have now received the wines as promised.
Kind Regards

Decent but pricey
Decent wines, reliable quick delivery service. Some of the products are a tad overpriced compared to other providers. But when on offer makes inflated prices a little more realistic. Overall a positive experience.
