Poor delivery service
The ordering process was simple and wine is superb but your delivery partner DPD are awful. The driver doesn't speak English. When ordering on line the whole process from ordering to to delivery needs to good and if DPD or Evry are your chosen delivery partners I am afraid I shall not order again

Courier issues
Driver did not make contact for age verification and left. Would have been helpful if contact had been made as recent Achilles tendon issues would have saved me struggling to unpack delivery.
