Phew. Necklace arrived just as I was walking out the door for the weekend and it’s beautiful. Very relieved. Will leave review below in case anyone else is in the same situation, I’m assuming she is just very busy and that’s why I never heard.

I’m so sorry to be writing this about what appears to be a small, female owned company but I am so disappointed with my experience. My item arrived broken, and not really of the quality I would have expected for the price. I contacted them and quickly received an email saying a replacement would be sent out the next day. Fine… but more than a week later and it has never arrived. I have sent three polite follow up emails and received no response, despite the fact that I have received multiple marketing emails and requests for feedback in the same time frame. It is now too late for me to receive the item for the event I wanted it for and I still can get no answers or communication from the company. I left plenty of time for them to rectify the situation before posting this review but am left with no choice. Avoid making the same mistake as me and don’t fall for the marketing. Such a shame, as I was keen on their other products and would have been a repeat customer had I been happy with my initial purchase. Gutted.
