Great service , great , welcoming staff , we had a credit note that we put towards my wife’s necklace- no hassle, just good old fashioned service.

A visit to Powells is our first stop whenever we visit Chester, and the warm welcome is always the same no matter which member of staff greets you.
My wife spotted a unique vintage ring in the window which was a perfect fit, and a purchase followed.
This is a fantastic independent family owned jewellers who pride themselves on offering a friendly first class jewellery shopping experience.
A big thank you to Lorraine for all her help, and. without doubt we will be back!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who made me welcome and did not rush me. I was given an estimated time for the alterations to be completed but it was actually done within a far shorter time frame. When I collected my jewellery, I was delighted with the results, and they far exceeded my expectations. Once again , the staff were so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Powells to others.
