Parkair247 Arvostelua

A bit worried about all the terms and conditions but I could not fault the service bit of confusion on drop off as they were looking for the wrong car probably mine and APH fault we only waited around ten minutes to collect the car on return would highly recommend.

Second time using them and great experiences both times. All straightforward and simple. Would recommend.

This is the third time that Parkair24 has looked after my car. On each occasion, the service has been exemplary. When I was unable to pick up my car as planned, they were extremely accommodating. They take multiple pictures inside and out of your car after you leave it with them in the car park. I have yet to have any issues with respect to the car when I’ve picked it up. They also answer the phone and respond to emails!

I have no hesitation in recommending Parkair247.

Absolutely 1st class service. Parkair247 we're waiting as we arrived at the airport and were there within 5 mins on our return. Seamless experience and so much less hassle than waiting for coaches and transfers. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely excellent.
My first time using meet & greet anywhere, I went by the reviews on Trustpilot to choose these guys.
Everything went very well, I was met at Heathrow at the time arranged and had to ring them for return journey, this went well also.
Completely reccomend Parkair247.

Car picked up, delivered back, no damage to the car. The person collecting was a little late, a couple calls in and then they arrived. They didn't wear a uniform and didn't have a desk to go to so it was a little un-nerving just handing your keys over. Driver apologetic. Car returned quite swiftly and communication by text and whatsapp were good. I'd use again - Thank you

Very impress with this service.

It was the first time we have used it and we would use it again.

You get very clear instructions as to how to get to the drop-off place in T2. We were met by a very pleasant person and a simple and efficient drop off procedure.

Car delivered back very speedily and we were on our way.

All good.

First time we have used meet and Great at Heathrow and was very impressed, we parked upn when we arrived and there was someone there to assist you straight away, they had messaged the day before with all details which i was impressed with. when we were waiting for our luggage coming home they rang us and gave us info to call them when we had received our luggage which we did. walked over to the carpark and the chap was there waiting for us. Was very impressed with them and would use again

Driver waiting when we dropped the car off and on our return. Excellent service once again.

The service is absolutely excellent. Even when I forgot to call ahead at drop off they called me. I didn't have to wait for either drop off or collection and the agent who collected my cat was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use the service again and would recommend it.

Very helpful when dropping the car off at Heathrow, e-mails and 'phone calls very useful.

"Okay" pick up of our car post returning home, only issue was having to make three 'phone calls to arrange for our car to be returned, however "accept" it could have been the "time of day", hence removing one star.
Would use your service again...

Quick and timely - great communication and clear instructions - couldn't ask for more

Excellent service again for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.
our flight was delayed by 2 hrs and we had to wait over an our for our cases, but no problem.
The car was delivered 5 mins after we cot to the meeting point.
Will use these guys again without question.

Best services and communications that I've had with any meet and greet provider

Will definitely use again, keep up the good work!

Great communication, directions etc. Phone always answered, prompt delivery of car

Aside from the instructions, which were not very clear (the postcode was wrong and the directions slightly inaccurate), the service was impeccable. We carried out our own vehicle inspection due to a past issue, but the team also took numerous photos. Both pick‑up and return were punctual, and the drivers were courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient parking service.

This the first time I have used this service and I found it to be excellent in every way possible. There was a terminal change the day before flying which was dealt with very easily. Driver who picked up the car and delivered it back was very friendly and efficient. I decided to have a Valet done whilst away and the results were really brilliant and the car looked wonderful inside and out! I cannot recommend Parkair247 any higher. A First class Service.

Very efficient with excellent detailed pre-arrival instructions via WhatsApp, drop-off and pick-up seamless and they even phoned me whilst I was waiting for luggage to check on our progress.

Communication was great and timely. They coped well with both our departure and arrival terminals being changed.

Great price too

Great service with both drop off and pick up. Lots of good communication to explain process on the day. Drivers polite and friendly and on time.
