Parkair247 Arvostelua

Great experience with this company at Heathrow Terminal 2. Easy to book and competitive prices. Instructions on how to get there were excellent and the video they send is so helpful. The service is very quick both to drop off and collect. The car was well looked after and came back in the same condition it was left in. I would recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Absolutely a 5 star experience with Parkair247 at Heathrow, will most definitely be using again and recommend to others. Affordable, reliable and very clear instruction both at drop off and collection. Thankyou to the team.

Used Parkair via APH app for the second time and equally good service. Very straightforward, messages via whatsapp, car met as outlined and was back within 25 mins of call for pickup. Would definitely use them again for Heathrow terminal 3.

Great service. Good pre-stay communication with explicitly clear instructions for both the hotel stay and subsequent parking at LHR. Staff very pleasant, multiple detailed photographs sent to me after car had been transferred to their secure site. Pick-up straightforward and car was with me within 20 minutes after baggage collection. Would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service and communication. We had.tp change our booking due to a flight cancellation and this process was easy to do. Helpful and professional staff and car was returned quickly after we landed

Great service, we will use them again.
Very efficient drop off and we were called after landing, even though flight arrived early. The driver was there to return our car very soon after we arrived at the designated area. Very pleased.

Very easy experience from start to finish

Used Parkair Meet & Greet Heathrow Terminal 5. The best company we have used for this (& we have used many!) Staff very polite. While they dont appear to have an actual desk on Level 4(drop off & pick up point) the staff were there to meet us & on pick up they phoned us to check we had landed & asked us to phone back when we had collected our luggage. Car arrived quickly. I would use them again.

Parked at Heathrow T3 using Parkair and would highly recommend them.

The multi storey car park is super handy with easy access terminal.

Great communication and clear instructions from the get go.

Drivers were timely and polite and drop off and collection were both excellent.

Smooth experience. Easy to follow instructions to car drop off point, polite staff, photos of my car were sent by email, return pick up was also fast and smooth. Overall a great service.

A little confusing when dropping vehicles off, nobody there to assist, kept waiting about 15 minutes. Excellent service when collecting the vehicle. A phone call when luggage collected, driver arrived within a couple of minutes. As other reviews have stated about excessive mileage, mine had been driven 12 miles the day before my flight arrived. The car had been washed, which was fine. Overall quite a good experience.

Great at pick up. When you return they tell you what level to go too for pick up... but there are no signs with company name. All other companies have signs. We went the wrong way. They also dont tell you they dont have a reception desk or a rep there... so you stand around for 10 mins wondering if you are in the right place. Car was scruffy mud splattered when picked up.. subsequently missed a slight dent in back passenger door sill which while not massive only vame to light next day when car cleaned. They coukd have only driven car for 15 mins and parked but managed to dent it... have messaged them but no had decency if even a reply ..... yes i signed for it but difficult to spot with lighting in MS car park and ' mud'

Another great experience with the ParkAir247 team. Very proactive with messaging and leaving you confident you won't be left in the lurch waiting for drivers, as I have with other companies.

Very good professional service and for a great price for a 10 day period. No problems and promoted confidence.

Pick up and drop off was amazing. It was spot on. Thank you for everything

We used Parkair247 Meet and Greet Parking again and, once more, the service was outstanding.

The driver was professional, courteous, and provided clear instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. On our return, the driver proactively contacted us and was extremely patient while we waited for delayed baggage.

By the time we reached the car park, our vehicle was already ready and waiting, which made for a very easy and efficient collection after a long journey.

Overall, a reliable, well-organised service that we would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Great service from drop off to pick up.
Only one small glitch. The telephone number given in the text/WhatsApp messages to phone for drop off/collection does not work. When rung it says that number is not available!! Rang main number on paperwork confirmation and that does. Overall very pleased.

Over 30 mins wait for the car to arrive. Other operators provide much better service with minimal waiting times

Easy to use. No waiting around. Friendly prompt service. Would recommend and will reuse on future trips. Thank you.

open communication throughout, we were sent lots of information on how to get there and what we needed to do on arrival which went very smoothly. received an email confirmation with pictures of car as soon as been collected. on way back called to say we had arrived call was answered straight away and car was bought back to car park in time specified will definitely use again. staff friendly and helpful. heathrow airport.
