Excellent from start to finish. We were Delayed in traffic before drop off, not a problem, they adjusted to suit. At the airport the driver was great and very friendly. The email I received once I had dropped off my car must have had 40 photographs of its condition and mileage. On our return the car got to car park before we did, that hasn’t happened to us before, again the driver was very friendly. And all this for a very competitive price. We will definitely be using them again.

Car picked up on Arrival with only a 5 minute wait, on return only had to wit 20mins for car to be returned. No damage to car. Would use again.

Used Parkair247 Meet and Greet after doing a lot of research on different companies and have been really impressed with the service.

Communication was sent out the day before with thorough information including videos on how to find the drop off spot and communication was sent out the day before return.

My vehicle was thoroughly checked and photographed by the Parkair247 team member with these sent to me, the vehicle was parked around 3 miles from the airport and didn't move during my trip (according to my tracker) and it was returned to us in the short stay car park within 20 minutes of phoning after getting through passport control and baggage claim. Would recommend and will use again.

It is very organised from start to finish, they send you a email showing directions and then you phone them up when you are 30 minutes from the car park, and they let you know which floor to arrive on . And on return another call and they turn up with your car and off you go.

The drop off and pick up was convenient, quick and the guys were friendly. Good price. However the car was returned rather dirty on the outside and we’ve found lots of ants in the inside as we’ve drove home, so I’m not sure where it has been parked. There was also a funny smell inside

Used via APT for recent holiday at Heathrow airport, first class. Telephone number for access was answered quickly each time.I rang them abot 4 times in all and they were very helpful and professional. Strongly recommend.

Very clear and precise details provided from the start of the process. multiple messages to ensure we knew where we stood, who to contact and when. Very prompt and thorough at collection of our vehicle but in a very easy, smooth and professional way. Notifications received prior to our return and exceptionally prompt in their return of our vehicle. I cannot fault this service.

The process was really straight forward and the staff always helpful and kind (great service). Drop off and pick up really easy and even when I was unclear, a quick call clarified everything. Lots of reassurance from the team about the care of my car. Will definitely be using these guys again.

We've had some dogy experiences with Meet and Greet companies, but this was excellent. The car was actually waiting for us when we got there. All very efficient - from the booking to the pick-up.

Great drop off location at Heathrow terminal 2.

Our return flight was delayed for 5 hours and then baggage reclaim took forever. However, I kept in touch with the company letting them know what was happening and my car was ready and waiting when I eventually got back to the car park.

Would definitely use this company again.

When we arrived at London Heathrow Terminal 2 car park there was quite a delay before the Parkair247 driver arrived to collect our car. As we hadn't used this company before we were a little worried that no one would turn up. There was lots of communication though and lots of phonecalls assuring us that someone was on the way. There is of course a lot of traffic around Heathrow so it was understandable but we were obviously worried that we would be late checking in for our flight. Someone did meet us and actually when we arrived back after our holiday they were really quick, phoned us as we were waiting for our baggage to check on our progress and ETA and were there very promptly with the car when we got to the car park. Good drop off at the car park at the terminal and very convenient. I would recommend.

So easy to use and very reasonable price. Called ahead and were waiting to collect my vehicle and again on return the same.

Offered additional services which I wasn't aware of at booking. EV charging being one which is good to know for the future as I had to charge elsewhere prior to arriving so would have saved me time.

Used Meet and Greet at Heathrow terminal 2, if you follow their process of calling before arriving and landing etc, all works perfectly for a price no more than using an off site car park with the inconvenience of the waiting around for the next bus to the car park. Thorough;y recommend

Great service, prompt delivery of car upon arrival, plus they pay for the terminal drop off ticket for when you enter/leave. Excellent overall
