Matters were complicated by the changes to the service enforced by Heathrow Airport for Terminal 4. The staff were as helpful as posssible, phoning to make sure we knew where to go to meet them, even driving us to our Hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4 after the initial pick up.
Return was equally well organised, they phoned me just as I was to phone them to let them know we had landed.

We have used quite a few parking companies at Heathrow, and this was one of the best experiences we have had - the instructions were clear (including a WhatsApp video) and communication was very good. They also sent photos of the car and mileage after collection. On our return, we called after collecting the luggage and the car was already waiting when we reached the short-stay car park.
The price was competitive and the whole experience was very smooth. We would happily use them again.

The car was eventually returned, but the service was chaotic, confusing, and nothing like what the company advertises. The day before our outbound flight I was asked to communicate via WhatsApp, and within minutes received NINE lone text messages full of mixed instructions, ULEZ warnings, parking fines, and repeated directions. Despite me having to reply to these with an ETA, I was then told I still had to call them 30 minutes before arrival.

We contacted them 30 mins before, but then the driver contacted us from a random mobile number multiple times whilst I was actively driving to the airport. He turned up 20 mins late, and only when I stood in the car park on the phone to him waving did he find us....he said he had been sat waiting for us to arrive but we had been there 20 mins and there was only 3 spaces with 2 cars in them, in the spot we were told to go to?! So he was clearly lying and had only just turned up. Their website shows “helpful uniformed drivers” — this simply wasn’t true. We handed over our keys hesitantly to him (no uniform, no ID, no branding) - realistically, he could have been anyone.

The return was just as disorganised. Their website proudly claims “No Wait on Return – your car will be ready for collection.” This is an outright lie. You have to phone them from the baggage hall so they can allocate a driver, who then appears to be travelling from an off‑site location around 30 minutes away. Again the driver arrived, calling us again from a random mobile number with no uniform or ID. From us calling from the baggage hall, to us getting in our car, it took 59 mins.

Also, when the car finally turned up, all the windows were down and the fans were off, clearly to air out a really very damp smell inside the vehicle that we discovered after he had left, upon closing the windows and putting the air con on.... There were dirty mud splashes all up the side of the car too — and we know this happened while it was with them, because we washed it the day before drop‑off and the weather was 30°C and dry both of those days!

In short: confusing communication, no identifiable staff, long waits, misleading advertising, and a car returned in worse condition than it was left and parked at an unknown location, presumably a field given other people's reviews of having mice in the car, over 30 mins away.

Gatwick’s official meet‑and‑greet is organised and reasonably priced but Heathrow’s official option was extortionate for our dates, which is why we tried an off‑site company. But based on this experience, we wouldn’t use this one again!

Good service at LHR T5 making departing and arriving back quick and easy!

We travelled to Heathrow from the Northwest and booked Meet and Greet as we wanted to drop and go as we have done in over airports. We where told to ring when we where 30mins away and going to be slightly early and told we had to wait for 15min before entering the car park which wasn't great. We did then recieved a phone call saying they switch things round and able to accommodate us. Upon picking the car up we where told to ring upon landing and then once again when we pick are baggage up, we where then told are car would be 30mins which wasnt great. This wasnt a major problem but when i used services like this in other airports i have never need to ring before hand. The staff who collected the car where great on both the collection and pickup and the location was good, drop a star due to the messing around and waiting.

Excellent service. Good WhatsApp messaging with all important details and car was returned in pristine condition, at the allotted time with no issues. The driver was courteous and provided an email with photos of the car at collection and drop off. Excellent service.

We just wanted to leave a glowing report to say how incredibly thankful we were to the Park 247 team when we went on our first family flight 2 weeks ago.
In the commotion and excitement of arriving at Heathrow, we left our daughters car seat in our car. Having checked our luggage in before we realised, the car had already been taken away to park but after contacting the Parkair 247 team, they did their utmost to return the car and seat back to us before departure. It was fairly to the wire, but they went above and beyond and were such a blessing to this slightly stressed mum!
Thank you for going above and beyond, which resulted in us having a peaceful flight and easier car rental the other side.

I booked on the basis of the reviews. Everything was fine except that I assumed (as per their own instructions) that if I call them 20 or 30 minutes before arrival at the airpoirt to drop my car to them, I would be OK. I was wrong - apparently they need to know (over Whatsapp) my ETA in advance (the day before) and we need to keep to that time - because their driver plans to be at the airport carpark at the ETA time you define the day before. Plans change, family delays happen - I would prefer to just call them when I am 30 mins away (like other companies) - I have already given you my flight time and will call you as requested in your booking process email - why do I now need to set an ETA in advance? Other companies do not need that. It turns out that for our very early drop off time of 3.30am, they do not have many customers at all, so their staff member is only awake and working for our one car dropoff. I was reprimanded upon arrival at the dropoff location, for not keeping to my original ETA from the day before, and was asked to pay the Heathrow drop-off fee (which is normally incuded in the total price you paid already) as a frm of penalty for making him wait.I obviously sternly explained that I had followed the written policy requirements to the letter, and that a 24 hour advance ETA requirement is not stated anywhere in writing - the staff member accepted my view and waived any self-imposed penalty. The return of the vehicle was very straightforward and a smooth experience. Other than the one drop-off issue I mentioned, everything else was great. Thank You.

It was very easy to use on arrival and departure with the car being returned immaculate. Highly recommend and we will use again in the future.

Excellent service and they looked after the car very well. All the drop off and meet at the end went very well and on time. The driver was someone who had taken the car on a previous visit, so good to have the connection.

Fantastic service. Polite, reliable staff. Detailed photos of vehicle at drop-off and vehicle returned safely and promptly at pick-up. Communication was very good. Takes all the stress out of travelling by car to the airport. Highly recommended.
