Parkair247 Arvostelua

We used this company to park at Heathrow airport, the service was efficient, we were met and dealt with quickly, the car was well looked after and on arrival back the car was delivered quickly back to us
They only negative we found was the instructions to the parking area, not much detail which was confusing as Heathrow is enormous and we ended up in the wrong car park

very good excellent communication didn’t even have to ring them on way back they messaged me car safe and sound and punctual polite service

Good communications, seamless handover and return with virtually no waiting. What's to fault!

Great service from Parkair247 directly after a third party booking company made a mess of my booking - rather than make it my problem, the guys at Parkair got it sorted without an interruption in service, and were proactive in resolution. Will definitely use again for LHR parking but will book directly!!

Very efficient service- no concerns at all

Was easy to book. Had to make a modification to the booking due to a flight change, that was catered for. Accommodating over arrival as there was a massive delay getting there (50 mins for what should have taken 5). Good communication. Only had to wait a couple of minutes for the car to arrive. Friendly and helpful staff

It was what you expect however when you arrive to drop off multiple companies use the same area its not clear who is who, they don't wear clothing to identify themselves. After arriving back from Kenya overnight flight landed 6am little sleep made the calls as requested to confirm we have baggage went to area as they said waited 20 mins no sign of car, then phoned them the driver apparently was there, he parked in the wrong area in disabled spot, there was plenty of spaces in the right area, he didn't come looking for us, 2 people standing waiting with big suitcases so this was disappointing not exactly meet and greet, the guy wasn't even sorry or cared he parked in wrong place just gave ne keys and walked off.

Excellent service at a competitive price. Staff member was ready and waiting for us at Heathrow for drop off. On return, the car was already in the car park when we called so no waiting at all. Staff were polite, friendly and professional on both occasions and on the phone. Our car was returned with no damage whatsoever. I will use again - many thanks.

Very courteous, competent & professional experience. Recently used for T2 and T5 earlier in the year

Very good communication at all stages. Drop off & collection of car very efficient.

First class service from this company. Above and beyond the normal companies we have used previously.

Would not hesitate to recommend them as they provided clear and concise information and contact points at all times.

Polite and helpful driver too.

Great proactive communication throughout the process. Even contacted us proactively when our flight home was cancelled. Efficient and friendly staff. I was wary about trying a different offsite parking provider but I would definitely recommend this company.

Exceptionally efficient, informative and friendly. From booking to collecting car everything went smoothly and without any delays. Very communicative throughout the process.

This is probably the best airport car parking company I've used. They provided all the relevant info via WhatsApp the day before I travelled including info on the ULEZ which was useful. They were extremely efficient on both arrival and departure and I didn't have to wait on either occasion. Highly recommend.

Great value, professional service
On time, great communication
Very polite and helpful driver
Will definitely use again.

Used last week for a 3 week holiday. I chose this company due to a competitive price and some nice recent reviews. I found the service very impressive with good contact and very good clear directions in the build up. The process itself was very smooth at both drop off and collection. Drivers were very polite and prompt. I was very impressed with the email I received after drop off which had a 360° photo tour of my vehicle's condition when I handed it over. Highly recommended and I will use this company again.

When searching ParkAir offered the best price. Their email communication was good.
Drop off to driver at Long Stay Car Park was straightforward. It was next to Bus stop too so easily transferred our luggage onto bus to terminal building.
On return, again, everything ran smoothly. Car was waiting for us at Long Stay Car park when we got off the bus. Should I need to park again then I will definitely look to use ParkAir again. No complaints from this customer.

This makes such an easy start and finish to a holiday. Very convenient and saves compared to taxis.
A little more expensive than long term parking on its own but well worth it.
Staff are polite and helpful but not uniformed. This would speed things up if I didn't have to check they are who they say they are

The customer service from when I called to park the car at the terminal to when it was time to collect the car was excellent 👍👌.
