THIS COMPANY IS INTENT ON RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!! They add charges onto the final checkout stating ECO CHARGES !!!! its all in the small print apparently!
Usual guff uttered when you query this , probably just reading a pre prepared script. AVOID THIS TEAM OF CON MEN AT ALL COSTS .

Ordered a dress for a specific event. Arrived in time, which was good. The only thing that was. Dress not true to size, poor quality.
Initially asked me to return the dress at my cost. At £15.40 to send it back tracked this would be half of the cost of the dress. Said no to this, then they said on proof of tracking they would refund half the cost of the dress (no mention of the £12.57 service cost).

Poor item, poor customer service, poor experience overall. Most people would give up trying to get a refund. Is it a huge amount of money no, it is the principle of things though.

Delivery never received, paid for insurance so thought I was covered. 20 days after they said the would refund still no refund, I have copies of the customer service conversation but still refuse - instead they re shipped the item. This is despite the fact they said it would be refunded as item bought was for a Birthday gift. This made a total mess and I had to purchase from another supplier. If it was small money wouldn't mind but £130! WOW what a rip off - wish I'd read the reviews!!
DO NOT USE - Take your money and are not helpful at all. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!

This seller operates a minimum value order policy which they don’t advertise until you make payment and don’t advertise what the minimum value is. So my order placed on 31 January comprised goods value £13.96 and services £13.95. When I complained I was told it was an “eco charge is applied to orders under £20 and is aimed at encouraging environmentally friendly practices, particularly by reducing the environmental impact of small deliveries.”. The goods were delivered late (15 February) and I was astonished to find that each mat was wrapped in its own zip-lock plastic bag - hardly environmentally friendly. I’ve also discovered that if you leave items in your basket, the company offers a percentage reduction if you complete - but it’s probably worthless anyway because what they offer as discount on goods they’ll make up for as services charge.
I would strongly recommend you don’t use this company.

Absolutely disgusting business. Hikes check out price, steals more unauthorised payments in subsequent weeks and fails to deliver item ordered . This company is fraudulent and should be prevented from advertising through Google channels . Protect yourself and DO NOT ORDER from these thieves

Purchased a £9.49 senior smart watch free delivery they took £23.44 from my bank. I queried this received email eventually stating an "eco" charge stating it was clearly in purchase advertisment which i disputed this company is a scam do not purchase anything from them

Earlier this year I paid £5.49 for night time driving glasses with free delivery from Ozerty. I paid special attention to avoid all the many other delivery options such as tracked delivery, accident insurance, etc. and was re-assured that all was well by the order re-cap showing just a charge of £5.49. At that point I used my debit card to pay and was soon receiving various e mails from Ozerty urging me to take advantage of their discounts and buy more items. I gave up reading them but several days later I found that I had been charged another £13.95 in addition to the agreed £5.45. I tried to stop payment but was too late. Then a few days later I was contacted by my bank to say that Ozerty wanted to take another £29.99 payment but I was able to block that and on the advice of my bank I destroyed my current card and got another. I was told by the bank that they could only get the original payment re-funded if the item I ordered didn’t arrive but of course some 20 days post purchase the glasses turned up.
Since my original purchase I have been cluster bombed with Ozerty e mails urging further purchases and asking for reviews – which no doubt would never see the light of day. I checked out their UK web site and under their header ‘customer reviews’ it says ‘Here are all reviews we received from our customers. Thank you all for your trust and your kind words.’ In reflection of such reviews the section is blank! I then searched the web for customer reviews on Ozerty and found a staggering 96% on Trust Pilot gave it 1* and most state they would have given it zero if possible. All of their experiences mirrored my own.
To uderstand how I had incurred such extra charges I discovered that under the header Shipping Policy is the statement ‘Shipping Cost: For all orders shipping is free.’ Then comes the sting: ‘Ozerty has placed a fee for carts under a minimum of £20 so we can continue offering more and lower-price items as shipping costs are considerably higher for small orders. Adding more items to reach the order minimum also helps prevent excess packaging waste.’ Then under Order changes it goes on to say ‘Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you have to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.’ As others have said this involves sending back to China.!
In case you’re wondering where the charge of £29.99 comes from the explanation for this can be found in the section on their web site under Policies, Ozerty No limit, Subscription T & C’s. In the latter section you find ARTICLE 2 : Acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, which goes on to state ‘Subscription is done through a checkbox when the User is plaving (sic) a purchase for the first time ("Subscribe to Ozerty No Limit")’. I certainly didn’t check any box signing up for this but nevertheless this is where the new charge of £29.99 comes from: ‘By subscribing to Ozerty No Limit, the subscriber accept to pay £0.25 per day (paid £29.99 every 4 months). In return, the subscriber unlock a 40% OFF discount on the whole website (cumulate with any discounted price on the website),’
So there you have it, how a bargain £5.49 pair of glasses can end up costing £50 with more money to be paid every 4 months! Avoid this company at all costs or you will be sorry!!!.

Only 1-star because there is no zero option. They have stolen money from me with spurious "eco charges". Total scam. DO NOT USE unless you want to throw your money away.

Jeg godkendte et køb på kr. 207,- som blev reserveret på min bankkonto og 15 min. senere havde de reserveret yderligere 97,- kr. som jeg IKKE har godkendt.

Firmaet har en masse ekstra tilkøb, som man ikke kan vælge udenom, f.eks. en ekstra garanti på 2 måneder, hvilket jo ikke giver megen mening i DK, hvor alle har 2 års garanti.

Det er bondefangeri. Jeg bestilte og betalte 110 kr. med creditcard. Få sekunder senere blev der trukket ekstra 129 kr., som jeg ikke har godkendt. I en uges tid har jeg udveksles emails med en Google-oversæt maskine i Polen. Uden held Jeg får bare svar om, at de ikke har gjort noget forkert. Jeg har nu bedt mit creditcard selskab om at afvise det seneste træk på 129 kr. - og advaret selskabet mod yderligere træk fra Ozerty og mod Ozerty i øvrigt.
Samme advarsel her - hold jer væk. De har dansk hjemmeside men det hele drives fra Polen, også den danske hjemmeside. Selskabets ejerforhold er noget indviklet.....
Så hold jer væk fra dem!
Og 5.12.22 viser det sig, at varerne sendes fra Kina!
Jeg troede, jeg købte noget i et EU-land - nu risikerer jeg bøvl med toldvæsnet, når brevet kommer til Danmark.

Con riferimento all'ordine numero OZ15495IT, il 7/09/2022 ho comunicato per e-mail che ad una delle plafoniere acquistate non funzionava il sensore di movimento. Ho ricevuto immediata e-mail :"garantiamo una risposta entro le prossime 24 ore". Il 12/09/2022 ho inviato nuova e-mail comunicando che:"contrariamente alle 24 ore, garantite nella vostra mail del giorno 7 c. m., sono trascorsi 120 giorni senza alcuna risposta.
Il 14/09/2022 ricevo le risposta:"Potrebbe inviarmi un video (massimo 20 MB) che spieghi chiaramente il problema?".Il 15/09/2022 rispondo:"Allego il video: premendo il tasto di accensione la plafoniera si accende, ripremendolo lampeggia e poi si spegne segnalando che è attivata la funzione di accensione col movimento ma, come vedrà nel video, col movimento non si accende. Ciò significa che il sensore di movimento non funziona". Il 15/09/2022 ricevo la risposta:"Grazie per aver inviato il video. Si prega di confermare quante lampade su 5 ordinate sono difettose". Il 19/09/2022 rispondo:"Soltanto quella visibile nel video non è funzionante, della quale allego l'immagine della confezione". Il 21/09/2022 ricevo la risposta:"Per favore, mi dica se si tratta del 50CM o del 15CM". Nonostante sull'immagine della confezione sia chiaramente riportato 150MM.

I wish I had read the reviews! Ordered three pairs of gloves a week ago. Ozerty-USA Web site says shipping will be in 1 to 3 days, then up to 5 to receive the product. On the 5th day, the item was finally shipped...from China. It has been almost 2 weeks now and the package is still sitting in China. Getting sick of China treating the US like fools. Can't seem to order anything made in the US anymore. They have taken over our markets!

Non comprate assolutamente su questo sito, è una truffa!!! Fate attenzione!!! Ho ordinato un paio di guanti termici a circa 17 euro con la promo, che per altro su un altro sito si trovavano a meno della metà, in fase di acquisto hanno aperto tante finestre di promozioni, creato il caos, hanno fatto copia incolla, mi hanno addebitato un doppio ordine che non è mai partito, il numero verde è inesistente, le email che si inviano ai contatti di assistenza sono inutili ed inconcrete,li denuncio ai carabinieri anche se la cifra sottrattami di 33,36 euro non è poi così elevata ma è comunque una truffa da miserabili pidocchiosi!!! NON ACQUISTATE NULLA SU QUESTO SITO O MOLTO PROBABILMENTE PERDERETE I VOSTRI SOLDI!!!

mi hanno rubato soldi in fase di acquisto, aggiungendo condizioni e opzioni in modo che io avessi difficoltà a non accettarle, dopo che io avevo autorizzato paypal. Illegale!
