Ordered a fitness tracker for $12. Shopping cart had total for that amount with FREE shipping. After paying with CC they EMAIL receipt with additional $20 eco fee. Tried to cancel right away but phone # listed is always busy and ALWAYS goes to voicemail says to email and they will get back to you within 24hours. Told them situation and they replied that order had already been processed but they will refund after I get and return the order. As others have noted they tell you to send back to China at your cost. Very dishonest and fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs!

Looked into a watch at my fathers request, it was cheap and had the features he wanted. Once we seen a service fee on top of the purchase price and shipping cost we cancelled the transaction without completing it. Of course this info showed up after entering cc info. The company decided they knew best and charged is anyway. Many many emails to cancel, return, refund the charge and I was pacified with no worries about my issues they’ll make it right. I aas told to pay for return shipping to China….it came from ON Canada. Talking to the cc fraud dept now. Trash company!!!

I made a mistake when ordering a fitness watch. I received 3 when I only wanted one. I have tried four times to get advice about the returns procedure, as advised on the correct email address and each email has been returned unanswered.
This seems like device to prevent customers returning item.
I am completely dissatisfied about this clearly fraudulent behaviour and warn potential customers against using Ozerty. I found Ozerty through Google.es. I am surprised that Google advertises this very fraudulent company!

Please avoid these scammers. They will take unauthorised money from your account. The website is designed to steal peoples card details. I ordered an £8 item they charged £24 for no reason. They said there’s nothing I can do about it. Beware

One star is too many for these thieves.
I recently ordered a £10 product from this site. The price seemed reasonable, and delivery was 'free'. The online purchasing process was cumbersome with multiple screens to navigate. Eventually, the order was completed and the price was confirmed as £10. However, I have been invoiced and charged £24 because a so-called £14 'eco-charge' was added without my knowledge or consent. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order and received the most excruciating boilerplate response. 'Unfortunately, the order is already with the courier and has been packed. ' They are sorry that I am disappointed but don't worry, because when the package arrives I can contact them again and arrange its return. So the company that adds a hidden 'eco-charge' to the order is happy to send an unwanted package halfway round the world, knowing it will be sent straight back. No doubt, the returns process will be equally complex and expensive to discourage the customer from continuing. I'm sure most customers take the hit and give up. That's their business model. They are sleazy grifters. They ludicrously claim their ordering process and pricing policy are transparent. It is the most opaque and confusing online transaction I have ever navigated. They are crooks. Don't touch them or you'll be screwed. UPDATE.....When I contacted my bank to block OZERTY I was told the original transaction had been set up as a recurring payment. So the parasites were attempting to extort multiple unauthorised payments from me. Scumbags.

BEWARE! They obtained my credit card info they processed 2 fraudulent charges of $59 each time.

This is not a company. They are crooks, with the false US adress and not registered with BBB.
As soon as they obtained my credit card info they imediately processed 2 fraudulent charges
trying to get money from my credit card. I had to cancel my card.

This Company claimed the item was in stock , sent messages regards a delay then claimed the item was out for delivery .Months later

The item was not delivered , they either did not provide the item to Yodel or Yodel simply lost the said parcel .Contacting them is a waste of time they simply reiterate the tracking service which does not work .

How are they allowed to trade

I ordered a 'smart watch' for £9.49 and managed to navigate my way through all the inducements to priority delivery and insurance. When the email arrived confirming the order, it listed a £13.95 charge for 'services', thus more than doubling the price to £23.44. The order confirmation page, however, clearly showed the book price of £9.49.

When queried with Ozerty, it transpires that this is supposedly an 'ecocharge' and if the customer orders a number of items together to a total over £20, the charge is not applied as grouped delivery is reducing its carbon footprint.

Aye, that'll be right. So nothing to do with a stealth charge intended to fund 'free' delivery and the company's profits then.

The extremely efficient customer adviser pointed out that one of the pages of the order process did mention the charge; however, this mentions no amount and is preceded by a greyed-out and pre-completed tick box.

All this is atrocious and possibly unlawful practice, in my opinion. Fortunately, I was able to get a chargeback for the 'ecocharge', leaving the balance to pay for the watch, which I am still waiting for. Fair enough though as Ozerty did flag up a longish standard delivery.

Purchase from Ozerty at your peril!

This company are dishonest. They take extra spurious charges from your bank account immediately after check out as a separate payment. My items were very poorly made but they make it very difficult to return goods and if you do manage that then you have to bear the shipping costs to China which wipes out any refund, which won't include the 'services fee' they add to any purchase.

Stay away from this company - buy from anyone but them. I made a purchase of an item at what seemed a reasonable price, and until after I paid, it was only that price that was displayed. But when I received the email, I was charged £13.95 more for unspecified "services". I'm not saying it's a scam, but it looks a lot like one.

Do not use this company. I have just bought an advertised product for what I thought a reasonable price. Then after I purchased I looked at the bill which had suddenly increased and they’d whacked on a £13 service charge whatever that was I’ve got a sneaky suspicion that it was postage and packaging. The product was not what it had shown on the website and instead of getting a roll of the Product I got a flat sheet in a different colour. I’m very disappointed I wasted £20 for nothing. I think this will be the last time I purchase anything from an online store that is not in the UK..
