Total arnaque, j'ai passé commande il y plusieurs semaines, commande qui n'est jamais arrivée, et comme toute arnaque qui se respecte, il est impossible de se faire rembourser.

Don't do it to yourself! They sent a completely different product than what they are marketing online. Its a complete fraud as they make you pay for a return of something thats different than what they sell on their website

I purchased a pet knapsack. It arrived damaged. The photo in the add had a top zipper. The product that arrived did not. I contacted them and they agreed to send another one. They did not ask for the product to be returned. I have the email that asks me to review them.
I emailed back that I would send a glowing review once the correct product arrived.The second package arrived damaged. It was the same product they had sent before without the top zipper. I contacted the company again. They apologized asking if I would like to return the product and I responded yes. I have not heard back. AND AFTER I WROTE THAT ABOVE REVIEW FOR BBB I received another email saying if I wanted to return my product I would have to pay all charges and the address is in China! I answered the email saying I couldn’t afford the charges, but I would review them everywhere I can! Please be aware this is a real scam on several products not just pet products!

It took a bit longer to get but the people who work their where great on helping get my order to me I gave negative feedback for something that they didn't have control over but wanted to give credit to the company for keeping me posted on my product

I ordered an interacted cat ball from them never received it even said it was delivered failed I do not know why cuz we were home all day and there's nothing was was to delivered I'm working on getting my money back right now

Tried to order a pen, only for the site to claim an error twice and still charge my card, along with a subscription to some eco thing I think. Phone line unresponsive, might have to cancel my card just because of this place. Def do not recommend. :/

Skandale firma eller kan jeg nu ikke engang kalde det. Det er det rene fup og fidus. Det er meget længe siden jeg bestilte fra dette selskab. Varen er endnu ikke kommet frem. Ordered 2 pair toddler pyjamas with coloured pencils for my grand child, and never received the merchandise. It is now over a month and no parcel and no money back. Shame on ozerty. yes a scam company. do not order from them. I ordered this order from caden lane, usa and ended up with ozerty on the canadian side. I recommend no one order from this company.

Do not use this company very slow in delivering item ordered have I read the trust pilot reviews I would never ordered from them They are a scam company to get 1.1 review shows that they cannot be trusted to send the item ordered.

Totalt ubrugelige varer. Når man henvender sig er der standard svar/spørgsmål og de spørger f.eks. efter hardprint af samme betaling minst 3 gange for at trætte køber. Trækker beløb, som IKKE er godkent af NETS, men påstår de intet gør forkert.
Nu er I advaret.

Products are junk and the price shown isn’t even close to the final price. Lots of hidden charges. I bought an item that was supposed to be 17 dollars and ended up costing me over 40 dollars. SCAM!

Ordered a smart band for seniors. Wanted to track steps and sleep. Item came and the instructions were in poor English and not useful. The QR code for the app didn't work so I tried numerous apps until I photographed the band, went through google lens to get the name/model to pair app. Heart data are hard to get, works randomly, but the worst is that I noticed it had hundreds of steps added the first night I wore it to bed. I soon realized even typing added steps. Any wrist motion adds steps. It adds them while charging. In other words- junk. Customer service said it was designed that way and not faulty (!!!!) and to return id need to pay to ship it to CHINA. They act like they are local but the whole thing is a scam for cheap crap. Don't waste your money here. I should have guessed the price was too good to be true. Lesson learned.

They will start taking £29.99 subscription and will never refund you money back when you find out. I have been asking for my refund the last 3 months and they keep saying that they have a technical issue and cannot process it.

Ozerty service is Terrible
Actually I would rate my experience as a minus one due to the additional charge of $16.95 which was on October 21, 2025 and added to my credit card account two days after the transaction on October 19,2025. The customer service is terrible and they just keep lying about this eco charge. Now they say that it’s past time for them to issue a refund that you have 14 days to request it BUT the website says 30 days after the date of delivery. Scam company.

I found the Ozerty store recently while looking for suppliers of CA glue that was specifically made for gluing rubber. They seemed to be selling the type of product that I was looking for, however after attempting to make an order for 1 bottle of their CA glue, I later rechecked the order only to discover that I had somehow ordered 3 bottles and had been charged likewise. Possibly the mistake was mine, but I did note the site's rather poor reviews which did kind of make me wonder if perhaps I had been somehow duped into buying more of the product than I actually needed. For the present I think I had best reserve my judgement as to how the mistake came about.

Extra charge added made my order expensive. Delivery slow. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first. Do not buy from this company. Wish I had checked trustpilot first

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! This is a scam company and will make additional unauthorised charges to your card. I would have given zero if possible.

Ozerty will bill you after the fact for an ECO charge without you permission. And they will not refund monies.
Terrrible company, scam do not use!
