Abbie was great to talk to. Answered any queries i had fast and solved my problem in minutes.

Skullduggery - Check the policy excess

I got a quote for car insurance on a comparison site & One Direct were the cheapest - BUT watch out & read the small print. The Excess was well over £3000 pounds. Skullduggery behaviour

I am currently with One Direct but have just taken out a new policy for a car I have purchased, I needed this to go through asap so I've used the online chat speaking to SHANICE who has dealt with what I needed very promptly.

Shanice saved the day!

The portal hasn’t been working well. I found logging onto a chat challenging but when I did. I had Shanice and she was able to deal with my issue straight away and also removed the £5 admin fee for the change I wanted on my policy due to the acknowledging the issues I had been having. This was really appreciated and for that reason I give this review a 4 star otherwise it certainly would be 1 star.
